Hello everyone, I am having a problem with my store. If a customer goes to check out and doesn't change his address, the check out goes with no problem all the way through. But if he tries to change to deliver on a different address, an error shows up saying it was not possible to save the address and it doesn't go to the next step, wich would be to select a carrier. Log out and on again does not clear the problem. I found some solutions on this forum, but for ps versions above 1.4.... mine is 1.3.6 and the solutions didn't work for me. Can anybody help me? Its been like that for days and I am getting complains from some customers. Thanks

Hello, I've read about this problem in other topics, but the solutions posted did not help me at all. Thats why I decided to try a new topic. When checking out, if a customer decide to change the deliver address the "unable to save address" error shows up and the process can't go further. Login out and in again does not clear the problem. The same customer cannot complete any transaction even without changing the address after that. Whell, I am using a 1.3.6.0 version and upgrading it right now would be difficult becouse I use too many customizations on the web site (and I hired someone to do it for me since I do not have that knowlegde). I tried changing the .hataccess file as http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCFI-2597 this, but didn't work (my file is even different from the one in 1.4) I tryed many other things such as FrontController.php: (my version does not have), ./themes/prestashop/js/order-address.js and others as founded on the forum. Where can I have made a mistake? Am I missing something? I wouldn't like to turn the friendly URL off, since it may mess the seo already made and leave old links to my page that won't work any more. right? Thanks,

Whell, a friend of mine outside the PS community helped me with that. So, in case of anybody else is in need of the same solution, in the accessories products.tpl you will find "traget="_blank" All you need to do is to erase that in the line. Just like it shows below. Hi, I am facing something new for me. When visiting a product, it shows its accessories below it. But when you click on a accessorie product it opens a new window, instead of redirecting it on the same page. Where do I fix it ? Thanks

Hi everyone. When you open a category to view the products in it, it show a image of the product and on the right side the buy and see more details buttons. On the buy button is also showing a "available" world that is messing with the button layout. How can I disable it? Tried on the back office, but did not work. Thanks

Once I added the files needed for my layout, such as css, a few issues continue showing, such as not asking for gender and some fields asked as required. Hi, I hired a developer to customize a theme for my Prestashop Store. I mistakenly payed him upfront and the service was not finished. The theme is good and ready, but not all modules and configurations are working. The biggest problem is in the registration part, when creating a account. The fields are all wrong and asking a lot of mistaken informations, when it finishes. Other problem is that it can't complete a transaction because of a module I could not uninstall completely. The thing is that I can work with the images and modules for prestashop, no problem, but I don't know how to configure using php and more technical stuff. Can I update the prestashop or reinstall the register part without losing the customized theme? How do I do that? Thanks in advance and best regards,

Hi, I need help with loading product images. When I create a new product and upload a image to this product, everything seems to work fine, no error messages appear, only the product created successfully. but the product image does not appear in the product. When I try to upload a image to a already created product, the save button doesn't appear (only the save and stay one) and I get a error message saying: A error occured when trying to create a image. Warning: imagejpeg() [function.imagejpeg]: Unable to open '/home/armazemcelare/www/img/p/20-66.jpg' for writing: Permission denied in /home/armazemcelare/www/images.inc.php on line 236 Please, if anyone can help me, where should I go, what should I do? Hi everyone. I am new at Prestashop so, I am sorry if it is a dumb question. Now, when I tried to upload the products data via csv import, I am finding a problem. When I click to select the file, the tab does not open. Am I doing something wrong? If I try to avoid this and jump to the next step, I cannot define different columns that I will use and finish the importing. Thanks for the help.
