Hi guys, I have a problem on my webstore (prestashop 1.5.6.0), where the carriers are not showing (it says carriers not available) in checkout page, but it only needs browser refresh to make the carriers to appear. The carriers aren't showing only in certain conditions, after filling out the form of creating the account, in one page checkout system. It works fine, with standard checkout system, works fine on guest checkout but only in one page checkout within the creating an account option. Is there anyone out there, who had the same problem? or can advice me through to fix the problem? Thanks in advance. Cheers.

Hi Guys, I have few things that needs to be modified on my website in product page and I was wondering if you guy can help me out with the coding. I gave options to get discount in bulks from 1 pack to 5 pack and the more you get, you get $1 off. For example 1 pack - $35 each 2 pack - $34 each 3 pack - $33 each 4 pack - $32 each 5 pack - $31 each However, at the moment, when you choose the bulk buy, it only displays as the single price, not the total price. (for example, if you choose 5 pack, it displays the price as $31) Which is correct but I want it to show the total price. (for example, 5 pack should display as $155 total, as 5x $31 = $155) Also, I want it to display how much you save. For example, if you purchase 5 pack, which will be $155 and it should display as you save $20, as when you purchase 1 pack x5 will be $35 x5 = $175 and $175-$155=$20. Also I want to give free shipping with any bulk buys, which is 2 pack, 3 pack, 4 pack and 5 pack. So, I want it to display "free shipping". What should I have to change in product.tpl, to make this happen? I want to do exact same thing, but I know, that it's "category.tpl" file that I have to edit, but this file is working for all other categories also. I just want to edit "Bulk Buy Extra Discount" category only. I know, I have to code in "category.tpl" for this and I believe I have to add condition for particular (bulk buy extra d discount) category. But HOW?? Hi, I'm using Prestashop version 1.4.4.1 and recently I have purchase and installed this MIGS VPC Payment Module on my web store that is based in Australia. However, What I exactly wanted was to have the credit card fill in box right in payment method in the cart summary but its giving me a link to another page to fill out the information. Apparently, the MIGS module uses the 3 party API and that Customers are redirected to the MIGS VPC host platform to collect the Credit Card information. With the MIGS 3 party API, I cannot have the credit card form on my website, MIGS does not allow it. I found this website, and I'm sure they use prestashop as well, and they have exactly what I'm after in the payment method of shopping cart summary. I have contacted the website and found out the method was to go through Braintree. So I was wondering if anyone is familiar with Braintree in Australia, or have anything equivalent to this to solve my problem? How can I have the credit card fill in box right in payment method in the cart summary? Thank you.

However, they will disable the SSL 3.0 in December and I need to update SSL3.0 to TLS. I read through forums and found out that there are 2 ways to solve this problem. option #1. wait for the new version of paypal to be released (released on tuesday 18th november) option #2. manually develop your older version of paypal to TLS. I'm not a developer, so I avoid going through option #2, even with any guides provided with paypal. (they provided with pdf file guide lines but I have no knowledge in developing modules.) Therefore I've waited the new version of paypal module to release and they only released the EUROPE version of paypal (3.8.0). My webstore is based in Australia (Oceania) and if I use the Europe version of Paypal 3.8.0, I was told by Paypal that I may have to provide necessary information like your Australia account in order to verify my account. In example Social numbers, Confirm my bank account and others. They said it's best to contact Prestashop, as the module was prepared by Prestashop. I was wondering if they are going to release the module for Australia (Oceania) soon? or What are my options now? Can anybody advice me? Thanks. Regards, Reina.

I use prestashop 1.4.4.1 to administrate my web store and when I go to stat tab from my backoffice to check the sales status, it gives me errors on list of days, showing "0 orders" and "0 products sales". However, actually there has been orders and products sales, which have been made on the same day and gives the proper stats on the following list for the day, just underneath the errors. I don't know why this error keeps appearing on my list. Can someone please help on this problem? or have any ideas, what seems to be the problem that occurs this error? Thanks Regards, Jeong.

I have edited few codes on files and I was informed to clear cache after modification. From Prestashop 1.4.4.1, preference-> performance -> enabling force the compile tab and disabling the cache did not take effect at all. So I decided to manually clear the cache from the ftp server from the location below. (I deleted everything except the index.php from the folders) /tools/smarty/cache /tools/smarty/compile /tools/smarty_v2/cache /tools/smarty_v2/compile However, the website loaded up blank page. Luckily, I had old cache backed up and replaced back into the folders and now It's fine but still no update on the modification that I did on the files. Can someone please advice me through?

Hi, My website is being administrated by prestashop 1.4.4.1 and has been created under "theme150". The whole website has been generated by prestashop. (www.waterfilterforfridge.com.au) I need to customize few pages on my website, but when I look at the codes of the pages (including index.php), it comes up with nothing much, only 2-3 script lines but the notice of prestashop in yellow font, which I put down below. It won't allow me to edit the code to customize the website. Even if I change the codes, it will not effect on the front-office. Does anyone know how to get around this? hi guys, im looking for a module to help with my website. i want to have sales on my product for any purchasers who buys the product in multiples. however, i need to have the total price of multiple purchase showing in the 'buy box', instead of having the price of single product with a list of discounts for each quantity. i need it to calculate the total price of multiple (if multiple purchase applies) and display it in the 'buy box'. any suggestions?
