Hello, I am updating my old prestashop 1.5.4.1 to version 1.6.1.7 and i am not happy how the image thumbnails work on the product page. When you are on a mobile phone and want to see another product image. You click on the small thumbnail which changes the Main image but also opens the fancybox. I would like to keep the fancybox for the main image but want to remove it on the thumbnails. I can’t find anything like this on this forum and already tried editing product.tpl and products.js but can’t figure it out. Can someone help me with this issue? Kind regards, Dennis

Dear prestashop experts, I got a big problem with my prestashop webshop, I will describe the bug below. If you could help us that would be highly appreciated What happens when we get the bug: We can’t open product pages anymore it will show the following error: “Oops, something went wrong” We can’t open the shopping cart page anymore (shows the same error) All prices in the webshop are showing excluding VAT How does the bug get “activated”: We are not 100% sure but we know this, When a customer has products in his shopping cart and leaves the webshop and then a couple of hours/days goes to our webshop again the bug occurs. The bug doesn’t occur every time, it seems pretty random What fixes the bug: We found that deleting the shopping carts of customers deletes the bug Bugcheck: I set define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', to true and it is showing the following error: [PrestaShopException] Fatal error: Call to undefined method PrestaShopException::getExtendedMessage() in /public_html/override/classes/exception/PrestaShopException.php on line 38 And in the backoffice it shows this error: [PrestaShopDatabaseException] Fatal error: Call to undefined method PrestaShopDatabaseException::getExtendedMessage() in /public_html/override/classes/exception/PrestaShopException.php on line 38 Additional information: Prestashop 1.5.4.1 This problem has something to do with the shopping cart. Because it only happens when you have a product in the shopping cart (not all shopping carts. This is also really random. It now happens on 1 of the 4 installed browsers on my computer. And the next time it happens on another browser.) Can someone please help me? Thanks in advance!!!

I want to add a row with the quantity of each attribute in the Product > combination tab in the back office. Sometimes we have to delete some combinations and we don’t want to delete a combination which we do have in stock. Adding a quantity row makes it a lot easier. I already looked at: themes/default/template/controllers/products/combinations.tpl At the bottom of this file I says {$list}, but we can’t find the file for this list. Can someone help and point me into right direction thanks I am using Prestashop 1.5.4.1

Hello, I want to display column with the attribute reference on the quantities tab at the product page in the backend. I added a picture to show what I mean. Can someone help me to make it.

I have purchased a paid module and I can’t install it. Some of the override files already exists and need to be merged with the new override files. “Attribute wizard pro” is already installed and the new module is “Products Pack” from keutche dev. Hello, I have a small problem and I can't figure it out how to fix it. I have few levels of subcategories and on the sitemap I want to show only the first 3 levels. Can someone tell me how to show only the first 3 levels of the subcategories on the sitemap?

Hello I have a couple of categories with more than 100 subcategories. For these subcategories I want to remove the pictures so it only shows the name. Currently it looks like picture1 and I want some of the subcategory look like picture2 Is there a way to change de size of some subcategory pictures or delete some of the subcategory pictures?

Hello, I have a problem with my pdf invoice. If I have a long invoice, 2 pages or more, Adobe reader says it contains an error. The second page is empty and it only displays the footer of the first page in the middle of the page. I used this guide to modify my invoice: http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/213664-guide-modifying-prestashop-15-invoice-template/ With the default invoice pdf I have the same problem. I followed this topic: http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCFV-11536 They said to remove line 187 of the PDFGenerator.php: $this->SetAutoPageBreak(true, PDF_MARGIN_BOTTOM); but it didn’t work. Does anyone know how I can fix this? I’m using prestashop version 1.5.4.1 Thanks!

each payment has its own directory for example: "sisowovb" is bankwire payment "sisowpp" is paypal payment there is a total of 9 payment modules and i think the directory "sisow" connects them all.

Hello, I have the same issue. I use the same module for payments and it displays the left column. The module can be downloaded for free at: http://www.sisow.nl/downloads/Prestashop32.zip I tried to use this code: $this->display_column_left = false; but couldn’t fix the problem. Is there a way to hide the left column? I’m using Prestashop version 1.5.4.1. Thanks!!

Hello everybody I am currently developing my Prestashop webshop for car parts and i ran into a problem. The problem i am facing is that some parts are fitting on multiple cars but the attributes have separate stock. i will explain this in an example below: Product: Car seat Attribute option 1: Brand - BMW - Audi - Opel Attribute option 2: Seat type - Sport - Race Sport seat 1: fits on BMW and Audi Sport seat 2: fits on Opel This means that Prestashop thinks there are three kinds of sport seats (Opel sport seat, BMW sport seat & Audi Sport seat) but actually there is only two seats (Sport seat 1 & Sport seat 2). When people buy a BMW sport seat the stock of the Audi Sport seat doesn’t decrease. Does anybody know how i can fix this problem, thanks in advance! Prestashop version: 1.5.4.1
