Ok, read a bit further on the module instructions, and found that PHP must be version 5.6 Updated PHP and modules page is loading again.

Did you manage to fix it? I'm having the same problem. Prestashop version 1.6.1.17 running on PHP 5.4 After updating module stripe_official via prestashop menu i got the same error. Then uploaded module to ftp and extracted in the modules folder, but the error persists. Ideas anyone?

Hi guys, Looked everywhere for this but couldn't find anyone with the same problem... I have a recent install of Prestashop 1.6.0.9 on my shop www.nfc.pt Almost everything works fine, but if I open the site on a mobile I only get the logo and a grey bar. Same happens when I emulate a mobile client using chrome on the pc. On the other hand, if I request a "desktop version" on the phone, it works very well because the theme (default) is responsive as expected. In the settings the mobile version is disabled (as it should be, but tried enabling it and behaviour is the same). Any idea what can be wrong? Thanks

Finally fixed after hosting provider disabling Suhosin.

Reported the issue back to the hosting provider. Will update if I get any news.

Hi. I'm using 1.6.0.9 and have the problem. Also, tried the fix suggested by El Patron but it didn't work. Xavier, if you want I can create a fresh install and give your guys access.

Same problem here. Fresh install of 1.6.0.8 and PT translation. a) php settings of max_input_vars are not causing the 404. My server had a low limit and already in the BO selecting "backoffice translations" would give a warning that my input vars limit was too low and would not allow editing. Fixed this and I can see the "backoffice translation" strings. indenpendently of max_input_vars now being higher than required (7500) any attempt to "save" or "save and stay" generates a 404 error. - /index.php?controller=AdminTranslations&submitTranslationsBack=1 Dev mode is on, but where do I find the error log? Thanks
