  2. It takes some time and a lot of frustration. I seem to run into issues when ever there is an upgrade- as there was on my Theme today.   5. Hi Everyone I upgraded my theme, and a second search bar appeared and I dont know how to get rid of it. I have the standard search bar at the top of the page, but after I updated, a long horizontal search bar appearded and I want to get rid of it. Please see attached. Any help would be appreciated- thanks! Malinda
  6. Hi Vekia Thank you- I will look into it. I solved the problem but it took a lot of work. I am posting what I did in case someone else has the same problem. I called Paypal first to make sure it had nothing to do with them, and it wasn't anything with Paypal. The Paypal standard worked- it was just the Paypal advanced that went on me. I don’t know were the issue came from because it was working fine for quite a while- but anyway what I did was uninstall- got a new API cert from Paypal, open a new user with Paypal manager and then re-installed module with new info. Still didn't work- so I completely deleted the Paypal module, tried to download from addons website- received an error- so re-installed from module suggestions in back office. After the re-install I turned off the cache in back office and re-entered the info. This time the error went away- but after a test sale myself, after I entered my credit card, the screen went white with no- confirmation of the order and no acknowledgement of the order- however, Paypal had the sale listed in my account. So I did the entire process over again, turned off the cache in the back office- hit "save" even though I did not change anything on my Payment currencies, and the problem finally solved. As a side note- I am having a lot of buggy issues with the software lately where weird stuff like this is happening. I don’t know what is going on or if this is a common thing lately Thanks again for the advice Malinda

Hi everyone- Everything has been working fine on my site and a customer tried to purchase something from my store tonight and sent me a note that when they were going through to the payment page, she got a message that "No payment modules have been installed"- I did an order myself and it indeed it showing the message. I reset the setting on the paypal moddule but the same error comes up- any suggestions would really help me since there is no check out on my site Thanks for any help Malinda
  8. Hi Everyone I need a little help with shipping zones. My shop offers free shipping after 100.00- for the US, but I did a dumb thing and was not thinking about Hawaii and Alaska and got burned on an order. What I did was set up a new shipping zone called " non-continental US" and put a charge for the shipping when the order reaches 100.00. This zone is for Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico. I did a dummy order with an address in Hawaii and the shipping still shows as free shipping after the order reached 100.00.I must be doing something wrong. Am I missing a step to do this? I want to keep the free shipping for the continental US, just not these three states. I attached a pic of my shipping zones. Thanks so much for any help- it would be greatly appreciated! Malinda
  9. Update - Dioniz was correct and it all had to do with the category descriptions. I deleted all and re-entered but then ran into the same issue again. So after some more research, I disabled the HTML purifier and then re-entered the descriptions again, but this time I just kept the default type style and it worked! The code did not break.   11. Ok- I will- thank you for your advise. Just one more quick question- after I clear all the codes- is there something else I have to do- or can I just go in and then re enter the text?
  12. Hi Dioniz I deleted the code and then saved- then went back in an added text again and the same thing. I also tried it without any text and it still isn't showing correctly.   14. Hi Dioniz- I stand corrected- The theme came with a module to change the background color- but the text editor I changed - I followed my.prestaeu's tinyMCE rich text editor
