Good Day, I have an issue with the MAIN MENU in PrestaShop 1.7. On the home page the MAIN MENU appears OK. But whenever I click on any of the menu items, the SUB MENU shows on all the other pages. I need the MAIN MENU to appear on all pages. (We recently upgraded to 1.7.5)

Good day, I created new products and then encountered this message in "HTTP Error 500". I am trying to load several accessories for my products but the system only saves one accessory. The process I am following: Product > Associations > Accessories - I type the accessory name in the lookup field, and then select the accessory when it appears. The system allows me to select several accessories, but after saving it only one appears. Anybody knows how I can fix this?

Thanks for the response. My understanding, if I ad the snippet to the header I will be tagging the website as a whole. I would like to tag each individual product page. The idea is to do remarketing with Google Ads. If a customer looked at a specific product on my site, I would like to remarket to him on googles display network.

Good day, I would like to develop a courier / shipping ecommerce store but it seems Prestashop might not be able to handle it. We have 5 different service offerings – (1) Documents (2) Overnight Parcel (3) Economy Parcel etc etc. The customer will fill in all the details: Collection address, contact name and number, delivery address, dimensions, weight, special requirements etc. The system should be able to work out the rate. Pricing for each service would depend on weight and destination. If customer is happy with the rate, he will book it, and pay for it. Is this possible in Prestashop? If not can you recommend other open source software.

Hi, I received the following message from google "So how conversion tracking works in Adwords is when you implement the adwords conversion tracking code on your checkout complete page or "thank you" page then every time a customer clicks your Adwords ad on Google.com or selected Google Network sites, a temporary cookie is placed on the customer's device so a conversion can be recorded when the customer reaches the conversion page and your conversion tracking code is executed so this tracks your conversion and reports it in to your adwords account. Good day, I currently have a store "one". I am developing another store "two". I would like to copy some of the products and categories I have in store one, to store two. Store two is currently empty (I just have the default products and theme. I dont want to copy the theme of store one to store two. Both stores use the default Prestashop 1.6.0.9 theme, but I have made some changes to the theme of store one which I don't want in store two.

I do have a back up. I am updating from 1.6.0.4 How do install the back up if I don't have access to the back office?
