Hello mohsart, Thanks for your reply. I use simple 'send to a friend' module. When I send a mail to my friend along with long product name, mail is not send. I have to use captcha 'send to a friend module' same problem arise. My prestashop version is 1.2.5 final. Please give me some solution to recover this problem.

Hey i’m facing a problem. In ‘send to a friend’ module 14 characters of any product name can be sent successfully but more than 14 characters of any product name is not being sent successfully.whenever I’ve tried to send a ‘product name’ that has characters more than 14, right then an error is being encountered as like ‘An error occurred during the process’. Where is the problem, please help me.

Hello mozack, Thank for your suggestion, I have done this but problem is not solve. My problem is when i click one product name is 'Pocket Scale' and click 'send to a friend' mail send successfully, but when i click individualy another products name are 'Hanging Scale Type Two' and 'Hanging Scale Type one' this time when i click send to a friend mail not send successfully, see an error 'An error occurred during the process'. I think the two product name are little same so the mail is not send. because when i change the product name mail send successfully. My prestashop version is 1.2.5 final. Please give me some suggestion to solve this problem.
