  1. Hi! They are totally different websites, it's true they look the same but, for a question of company billing, they needed it to be indenpendent. So the /pt and the /es are the url for the folders of each website. So when you login to the /pt, it has nothing to do with the /es. The thing is that they're a copy of each other (like a clone) and the settings are exactly the same, however, the behaviour is not the same... This started a week or 2 ago, until then, it was all working fine... I have no idea what might be...
  2. Hi kazakh-woman! Thank you for your help but in this case it's not multishop. They're two different installation of Prestashop, completely independent.
  3. Hi! I have two websites for the same store, one is in Portuguese the other in Spanish. Here are the links: PT - https://www.virtualleds.com/pt ES - https://www.virtualleds.com/es They are exactly the same, I built one based one the default theme and when it was finished I did an exact copy, only changed the database that each one uses. The rest is the same, except for the language. In both, I created some cart rules: over 500€, clients get a 5% discount and above 1000€ that discount raises to 10%. In the PT version, a visitor, non-registered, gets this discounts but for the ES version they are not applied, neither of the discounts. I checked every configuration and they're exactly the same. I even created a new discount just to check if the problem was with those discount but still didn't work. If the client logs in, the discounts work but I want them to work even for non-registered clients, just like in the PT version. Any help? Thank you!
  4. Hi! I'm using Prestashop 1.5.5.0 and I have Featured Products enabled on the Home Page. It's working ok for Clients group and others but for a specific group, in this case "tabela4", it shows the module but says that there aren't any products, but there are. I checked the group restrictions and all the product categories restrictions and this group is enabled for all of the product categories. You can check two printscreens (it's in Portuguese, sorry for that...) for this state as well as for the normal state. Note, "Nenhum produto em destaque" means there isn't any featured product. I've been searching for a while but cannot find the reason for that... Help please! Thank you!
  5. Hi! I need a module for this kind of functionality: if a client buys a product, he has to buy another. For example, this is for a LED lighting store where they sell a lamp that mandatorly has to come with a power transformer, however, they have two choices. They can choose any of the two but they have to buy one. I've searching over the web and in the addons page but couldn't find anything like this. Any idea or any module you know about that might help with this? Thank you! Best regards, Ricardo Carvalho
  6. Hi! I've been testing and trying to find out where it might come from but still no clue... The problem is that the website is about to go online and I would like to sort this out before it does. Can anyone try to give a look? vekia? Thanks a lot!
  7. SOLVED! I had one of the parameters wrongly configured... Works perfectly! Thanks!
  8. Hi! I'm working on Prestashop 1.5 and I want to create 2 price rules: 10% for orders over 1000€ (tax.inc.) and 20% for orders over 5000€ (also tax.inc.). I created those, with no limitation per group or customer, with a huge time interval and huge quantities available (because it's supposed to be there forever). They are exactly the same rule apart from the value and percentage discount difference. I gave the bigger discount the priority 1 and the other the value 2. When I add products to the cart and the amount gets over 1000€, a new line appears in the cart table and the discount is applied. However, when it gets over 5000€, the 10% discount remains and the 20% is not applied. I already tried with and without a different priority index and with and without them being compatible but it doesn't work anyway. Is it possible to do this and, in that case, what might I be doing wrong, or it's not possible at all? PS: The discount should change for 20% when the order is over 5000€ but not considering the 10% discount before that will still aplly until it changes to 20%. Example: Having an order of 4950€, with the 10% discount, total order will be 4455€. However, to change for the 20% it only needs 51€ not 546€. All help is welcome! Thanks! Regards, Ricardo
  9. I use Click&Clean to do that... Supposingly! Lol! Ok, great! I think I can say this is solved.
