Hi all: I thought this would be simple but I cannot get it to work. If I am shipping to US I want one set of shipping fees and to Canada a separate set of shipping fees. I have set the North Amerca zone to only be US and I set up a separate zone just for Canada. I then added both of these zones and shipping fees to my carrier. Even though I set my delivery address to Canada for testing, I am still get US shipping fees. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi all: I want to add a cart rule. Using 1.5.4.1. I click on PRICE RULES>CART RULES. I then click on the ADD NEW green circle with the + on it. All I get is a completely white page. Nope. I never did come up with a solution. I worked around it by incorporating the shipping into my prices and then offering free shipping.

Hi all: Due to this HeartBleed problem, I reset my cPanel passwords and SMTP passwords. I reset the login on config/config.in.php. The shop is up and running with the new login info but emails are not being sent out. How do I update my SMTP login info? Thanks, Howard

Hi all. I do drop shipping. Customer orders from me and I place the order with the drop shipper. Right now the drop shipper emails ME when the order is shipped and I manually email the customer the tracking number. I almost can't believe that Prestashop, which pretty much does everything, can't email the customer that his item has shipped. If it really doesn't, does anyone know of a mod that would do this whenever the tracking number is entered for an order? I didn't see one doing a search. Thank you!

Yes it did. Weird! What could be the trigger that would cause the Identification Number field to appear on the mobile page? I would think there would be limited reasons for that to appear. Maybe starting with that I can figure it out. But then the question is, if it is in the code, why me and not you?
