This should be disabled, if you disabled Italy in the module settings. If it's not working please send me more info in a private message.

ahh in that case you should indeed disable Italy in that list. And refresh cache afterwards.

Hi, You should enable Italy in the checkbox again. You have set your country of origin to Italy, this means Italian orders will not have 0% tax.

I'm not quite sure that is possible if you are not using id's in your url either. The old {rewrite} structure would need to figure out what product it was to reconstruct the new url {category}/{rewrite}. And since Prestashop by default uses id's this means it was already configured by a external module. -

What you are asking is not possible. You can't use a / (slash) in a subdomain. The easiest way to achieve anything close to what your are searching is probably by adding rules to your .htaccess (or if you use Ngnix your nginx.conf). -

In the latest version of Vat Checker you can automatically set valid VAT free customers in a customer group. You can set the VAT of that customer group to 0% tax. This would solve your problem. -

I think they are talking about a old Prestashop (core) module. Prestashop removed that module to sell it on the addon store. But feel free to use this FREE VAT CHECKER MODULE -
I'm glad to hear you like the module. If you go to "Shipping -> Carrier" you can edit your carriers. I would suggest removing the tax from a carrier if you would like a fixed shipping price. I can't really think of a different solution, because the carrier itself is (most likely) located in your own country. So you can't really use the tax of the destination country.

The VATChecker module is indeed responsible for the vat on the invoice. Currently the module does indeed completely remove and VAT rate instead of setting it to a 0% tax rule. I could build in a feature to set it to a 0% tax rate, but this module is build on commission, so if you would like to add that feature send me a private message so i can make a quotation.

In the latest version of the VATChecker module, you can (optionally) set customers in a customer group when the VAT is validated. But currently there is no list of not (un)validated VAT numbers. If you would like this feature send me a private message so i can make a quotation.

1. I doubt this, you should ask the VIES database 2. We have settings what to do when the database if offline, just not for each country separate. 3. We add country prefix (if it's missing) automatically
