  5. Hello dirsubmit, First of all, have you tried to install a clean PrestaShop store, insert just the PayPal module? If not, we would recommend you to do that. It does not seem to be an issue with the PayPal module, but a PrestaShop configuration issue. Can take screenshot of the back-office pages: Shipping > Shipping (whole page) Shipping > Price Ranges / Weight Ranges (depending of which one you use) Or provide us with a valid back-office account, with access to the Shipping parent tab, and Price Rules tab? If not, we are sending our contact information via PM to take a closer look. Also, you can configure the SMTP information in your PrestaShop, by: PrestaShop version 1.5.xAccess the control panel of your PrestaShop Open the tab "Advanced Parameters > E-mail" PrestaShop version 1.4.xAccess the control panel of your PrestaShop Open the tab "Preferences > E-mail" After accessing this page: OBS: Before change any configuration, you can try to send a test e-mail. It is available in the bottom of the page. Select the option "Set my own SMTP parameters. For advanced users ONLY" "Mail domain name" you enter your web store domain (ex: yourstore.com) "SMTP server", "SMTP user" (normally is your e-mail address. Ex.
