Hello, I just inserted product description in HTML format and the same works good when viewed on laptop but when viewed on mobile version the description is not properly aligned. Hello I have an issue where the order is created even though the payment is not completed (via Visa/Master etc) the order email says Payment Failed. Why is order generating? My concern is I want to integrate a software download when payment is successful or software license when payment is successful but if the order is created that means that user has or will pay, I don't want this to happen. Please tell me how I can avoid order generation on failed payment Cheers

hello , I am trying to upload video in product description using the inbuilt feature, in primariry source I am able to create folder, then upload the video, after upload when I click "return to the file folder"mysteriously the video file disappears. Hi Angel I am on godaddy too its pain in @$$ for SMTP use : SMTP = relay-hosting.secureserver.net smtp_port = 25 sendmail_from = [email protected] Your test mail will work fine... But other mail functions will not work properly, This problem of yours started when because I think you and me are in same boat, I think they changed some thing on their servers recently and this is causing he problem ... ok i just checked intensively everything was working perfectly till day before yesterday Just checked with Godaddy those guys have no clue what so ever about outgoing mail error logs, this could be because the mail option i have choosen in prestashop is Use PHP mail() and not SMTP Now I have shifted this to SMTP, still the problem exists I checked my mail alert module everything is configured correctly, can there be any chance some changes have to be made at php.ini or php5.ini
