Anyone please? I'm about to commit to pay someone to create a separate mobile website, so I'd really appreciate if anyone has any help with this please.

Hi. I'm running Prestashop 1.5.4.1 and Paypal 3.5.1. Every now and again, I make sale and Paypal seems to work just fine. However, up to 10 times every day I get an blank error message "Error reporting from your PayPalAPI module". There is no error code or report. I've tested the the payment process a hundred times or more in the last 6 weeks and it seems fine. However, I was testing again last night, and realised that this 'blank' error message is sent when a customer has been through the Paypal processing and then returns to my site to confirm the order. If they don't confirm, obviously I don't make the sale, and I get the error message. I phoned Paypal twice and they won't offer support as it's a 3rd party module. What I want is for the Paypal process to the final stage, and to not have to confirm the purchase on my site. Within Paypal, I have not configured for the customer to return to my site. Any help on this really would be appreciated.

I'm getting the 10472 error on my mobile website, not on the desktop. I'm running 1.5.4.1 Paypal 3.5.

Please please please can someone help with this? I'm desperate here and can't find anything within the mobile theme to edit. Any suggestions really would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi. I'm running 1.5.4.1 and Paypal 3.5.0 is integrating just fine with the standard site. However, the mobile site is returning the 10472 error when the Paypal Checkout is selected. If the customer selects 'Add to Cart' all is fine. Please can anyone help with this?

Hi. I've just installed 1.5.4.1 but Paypal 3.5.0 isn't compatible, and Prestashop has disabled it. Has anyone found a Paypal version that is compatible please?

I'm working on 1.5.4.1 and have exactly the same issue, so hoping for some advice on a compatible Paypal version...

Whoop whoop...was comparing files using the ftp and uploaded my back-up category.tpl file and it's now all working again So, I have one last issue to sort out....Paypal 3.5 has been turned off after is "was not upgraded successfully". I don't want to end up in the same state as earlier, so I'd really appreciate your guidance on what to do next please? Then I'm off your case until the next upgrade! Lol

Hi Benjamin...that's quite a memory! Yeah I upgraded from 1.4.9 and have no idea if the template I purchased from Template Monster is compatible. Any chance you could help with the blank Category pages please? They disappeared last night while I was fiddling, and i have no idea what I changed I was frantically rushing trying to get the site back up and didn't take notes...I'm taking notes now...and back-ups!!
