So what you can do is, send this screenshot that has 'Apache's URL rewriting module (mod_rewrite) must be activated on your web server' on it, highlight it and ask them to respond/rectify/support. They (server/hosting) should come back to you to update why it is still problem if there any.

yes, it would be a great clue if you share the url. I believe something small things like missing a ';' or even '}' that might be a small mistake but very ugly. I am sure it is nothing big but we can try to find the solution if we can inspect it the url

what module you use for the slider? is it the core prestashop or a 3rd party? if a 3rd party, some of them has configuration for fullwidth, but if your module does't have it you need to adjust the module for it's appearance to be 100% width, and the container is absolute, max in it's bootstrap sizing. but this has to do in the code side of the modules if you don't have it in the configuration settings.

Cloudflare has many options to tune inside it's system. So if you just use all options, it will get your site break without any clue. But if you just choose the right settings, and not using all the options offered, you may optimize it and it can be a good help in pageloading. For example, if you do cache the whole site, it will cache also the backoffice, and you even can't use backoffice smoothly when it cached by cloudflare. So you might have to make rules for each page you really need to do the cache. But not for all pages, especially in the backoffice section.

I wish on the backoffice there is option not to use Ajax, since sometime ajax make more problems and it should be an option for users, when to use AJAX and when to deackitave it. I wish there is a way to prestashop start to redesign the core for supporting marketplace features, instead of using modules that requires override, so maybe just make new section just for the marketplace functions, and we can develop more from there, since the object for marketplace sellers are created in core.

It might related to the module version, or the history of prestashop modification if you do have customisation on the core.
