  1. After being notified about this I done a bit of research I think no modification is needed as the return call back from the module uses a non secure domain i.e http instead of https IF you have modified your script OR have SSL enabled to use https call back i.e (after you make a payment it goes from paypal to your website) and the return address is https then you need to ensure your SSL certificate is upgraded from 128bit to 256 bit (SHA128 to SHA256 i think) you can get this done by asking your SSL provider to re-issue the certificate. At least from my understanding. Below is some info I found online you can use the test on SSLABS to see if your SSL is compatible if not have it re-issued. " What you need to do If your website uses an SSL Certificate (HTTPS encryption, padlock in browser bar on checkout), then you need to make sure that the SSL uses SHA-2. You can check this on the SSLLABS site. If your SSL Certificate uses the older SHA-1 and expires during or after 2016, then you need to contact your SSL provider to re-issue you with a new SSL Certificate based on SHA-2. To install the new certificate, you will need the original Private Key, the new Certificate, and the Intermediate Certificate (CA Bundle). If your SSL Certificate expires during 2015, then you just need to make sure that the new SSL is issued with SHA-2. If you’re using cPanel to generate the Signin Request, then SHA-2 is already automatically supported."
  2. There was a DNS conflict on tree theme its back! sorry about that - more modules and updates coming soon!
  3. I had to do this for a client so thought id share here with the forum. Attached a simple CSV containing all recent and up to date counties as of Jan 2015. Note this list includes N.Ireland, Scotland & Highlands and some of the Isles so you may want to filter it if your not using some post code shipping module to calculate extended shipping rates. Hope its of use to you. ** It's not formatted to import to PS I'll let you figure that out it's just a standard csv list. *** Attached a more detailed list containing ISO codes. Mainly for UK mainland & N.Ireland uk-counties-2015.csv.zip uk-counties-with-iso.csv.zip
  4. Also it seems in typical prestashop fashion you launch a revamp with problems posting or at least padding on a text box... (sigh)
  5. Why did the forum come down for 2 days only to revamp it? Although I don't post as much as I should I do use it as a major resource as part of my work, bug hunting and problem solving. I don't see why non of this could have been done off line and then taken the site down for a few hours to manage the update? Congratulations on the launch to cloud BUT it would be nice if for a change you could focus on the core product before trying new things, id fall off my chair if I ever saw a bug or 95% bug free prestashop version. Seems to be a case of introduce more than fix common problems or issues that come up time and time again. With the move to cloud does this mean there are plans in 12-18 months to remove the download? I only ask as you have already pushed for modules and themes to be sold on the marketplace which kind of makes me think this is in place to make hosted only a seamless transition or at least that's how I see it...
  6. Long time since I posted last! Got a small problem with Prestashop 1.6.0.9 I downloaded the Sweedish language pack (in fact I've tried with others) and the language that comes with the pack translates elements of the them PERFECTLY However I have a problem when I go to add in my own translation for some fields such as 'Buy Now' despite it accepts the translation in the admin just fine. IT does not update the theme within the front end, making me assume there is an issue between the language translation / update some place. Anyone else experience this? YES I am updating the correct fields and checking the correct files, attached screen shots. An outside view on this would be great!! Thanks as always Gerry
  7. Hi All I need product reference to display in the orders section of the prestashop webservice. I'm sure it used to show however in version 1.5 it does not seem to display. Any help would be great Thanks Gerry
  8. Why does 1 click upgrade not work with 1.5? It tells me auto upgrade does not work with my store version and then looking at auto upgrade it seems to take me to 1.6 in one click. This madness of auto downloading updates to modules that erase previous installed version HAS to stop. I want to upgrade a clients store to most recent 1.5 i DO NOT want to go to 1.6.
  9. As the subject line states, will 1.6 have a dedicated Mobile option? Or will it only be responsive? You know currently in 1.5 you can select mobile theme active or not? Will that still be in 1.6?
  10. I think im heading on over... I'm about to buy a place in France so I hope to reduce hotel fee
  11. I also have the same concern, are the main keynotes going to be in french I assume so? What workshops / speakers will be in english if any? Id love to go and meet a few people (also buy you a beer Ben!) but to head out and sit on my tod not sure I could justify it...
  12. In the new url you should put the full domain Redirect 301 /oldcategory/oldproduct.html http://www.mydomain.com/newcategory/newproduct.html At the moment your trying to tell it to redirect from one folder to another folder when in fact the file structure has changed.
