  1. Hi Since upgrading from 1.5.5.0 to 1.5.6.0 the automatic updates for modules have stopped working. When I say automatic updates, I mean when you click Update It! in the module list. When clicked it goes back to the top of the screen and says The following module(s) were upgraded successfully - Blocks Content anywhere : Current version1.0 Even though for this example it should be version 2.0. If we ask the module developers to send us the actual file and update it manually, it does update and works fine. I have just updated to prestashop 1.5.6.2 and that did not fix it. Does anyone have any idea why? Thanks Chris
  2. If you click the header arrow that points up, it just arranges it by number, if you click the down then the arrows appear until you go to another parent category, then you repeat the process. Hope that helps.
  3. Hi Thanks for that, though I will stay it is not very obvious, those arrows look like list sorting arrows rather than functional ones. But again thanks for the replies. Chris
  4. Hi I have recently upgraded to PS 1.5.6.0 and the category up and down arrows that change the category position seem to have disappeared. The drag and drop function seems to have stopped as well. Does anyone know a way around this? Thanks Chris
  5. Hi Thanks for the reply, unfortunately that had the same error as well, with the latest 1 click upgrade. Thanks Chris
  6. Hi Thanks for the reply, I don't upgrade via ftp, it is on our own server with full root ssh access. I did use the 1 click upgrade option to upgrade to the current version. Chris
  7. Hi I am using the 1-click upgrade v1.6 to update prestashop an am getting an error. error for copying /cache/smarty/compile/index.php error when trying to upgrade /cache/smarty/compile/index.php I have tried several times, and set all permissions to 777 on another attempt as well. Does anyone know why this is happening? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Chris
  8. Hi Thanks for the reply. I did try regenerating the htaccess file, but it didnt work. There was very little difference with the file before and after as it doesnt seem to prefix with http or https. Thanks Chris
  9. Hi I have turned SSL on my prestashop site and now the quick-order section you get to using the Cart link on the top of the page, the page is not found, and returns a 404 error (apache not prestashop). Does anyone have any idea why? Using prestashop 1.5.3.1. Thank you Chris
  10. Hi I have turned SSL options on, which seem to work and turned canonical url's off as it broke the site. Now however when I go into something on https, such as my account the images on that page do not show as they point to http://a.b.com/image.jpg instead of https://a.b.com/image.jpg. This appears on the prestashop new products module and viewed products amongst other things. I have also changed the _PS_IMG_DIR_ location to just '/img/', that didnt do anything even with all caching and mod_rewrites off. Does anyone have any idea why? Thank you Chris
