    Hi all, I run a prestashop store called www.sureseller.in. I recently purchased a second domain name (for my personal use) and created an Add On domain with my existing service Provider. After I uploaded the files (some flash files and images-this is just a 5 page simple website and not an ecommerce store), my prestashop store stopped functioning. I started getting HTTP 500 error initally and after setting it right, the images of homepage were missing and also the homepage Slider as well as Mega Menu didn't work properly. I would be grateful if someone could help me set right the issue. Please note, after I got these errors, I immediately deleted the Add On domain and the files. Thanks, Yo Mir

    Hi, This might be a simple question to answer for most of you, but right now it would help me really a lot! We are hosting our prestashop eCommerce store on shared hosting. (With about 2000 products). We started with a plan of 1.5GB space, and now are hosting on a plan with 9.5 GB space. (We are getting choked now with space, even the 9.54 GB of pace isn't enough for 2000 products). We are mainly concentrating on Drop Shipping and sell some of our own products too. We propose to add new products and make the available catalog to 10,000 products soon. My question is how much space would we require to have that many products?     Hello, We are trying to set up new carriers for our store (At least four of them). Some of the carriers have got a price change for every weight slab of 20 grams. In the current scenario, it would take hours of hard work to enter each carrier, and maybe that too with errors. If we could find a way to import carrier costs (eg. 0 to 250 gms $1, 250 to 500 gms $ 1.2) through CSV. This would be a big time saver and more accurate. Thanks in advance, Yo Mir

    Hi, we are using "London" template from Soopa Themes for our Prestashop store, namely www.Sureseller.in We just noticed that the Top Horizontal Menu (Mega Menu as the module is called) which is supposed to be Responsive, disappears when we surf our site through Mobile phone. This is very odd since the customers don't find any way to navigate through our site. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks, Regards, Yo Mir

    Hi all, We have a site namely www.Sureseller.in. We purchased a theme for Prestahop a couple of months ago. Unfortunately the makers of our theme (LONDON) disappeared leaving us with no support of any kind. We recently noticed that the Top Menu (Mega Menu as it is called) is not responsive in our theme (as it was in Demo). It just disappears when browsing on Mobile. (You could try reducing your browser size to a mobile screen size, to check). Though the theme documentation says that it shifts to a Accordion Menu when the browser is resized or when the site is viewed through Mobile. Not sure if we tweaked with the wrong file which would have led to this. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help. Yo Mir

    Found a solution at last. Down graded the module to v 1.10.8 (the version which I received along with the London theme) and it works! Don't understand why, but I'm happy at least it works !!

    Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately the developer of my Theme (London by Soopa Themes) is missing. He has abandoned his work/support for the past few months now. So I am helpless. One thing which I noticed was, it has something to do with friendly URLs. I notice a # in the URL when a filter is applied, which doesn't occur otherwise. I suppose this could be part of the problem.     Hi, You can hide or show any module on Mobiles, Tablets or Computers individually according to your choice. Go to >Modules>Modules select the particular module you wish to disable/enable click on the Dropdown list next to Configure button you will find a list that shows you Disable on Mobiles Display on Tablets Display on Computers you can click on this list to Display or Disable that particular module on either of the devices.
