Hi, Just moved servers and noticed that the whole website including header and footer is loading twice repeating one on top of the other, but only on the category pages. This isn't happening on any other part of the site. Does anybody have any ideas as to what might be causing this? Here's a link to a category page. Hi, I am using 1.7.3.4 I'm not sure if there is a bug in Discounts when creating rules in the 'product selection' in 'conditions' in 'basket rules'. It will let me create more than 1 rule but they don't work together, so discounts are still being applied to items that should be disallowed. For example: I have an attribute that is pink coloured items, but I only want to offer the discount on pink coloured items that are only in a certain category. So in 'basket rules > 'conditions' > 'product selection' I create a rule for the attribute, then another rule for the category. One would think that this should mean that the discount is only applied to items with that attribute that are in that category, but it doesn't. The system allows discounts to be applied to any of the rules as if they are seperate Also, when trying to create multiple rules in the same product selection it sometimes doesn't allow me to add the items from the 'unselected' to 'selected' boxes when I try to add a second rule. thanks

This is no longer working correctly since Google have updated the recaptcha to version 2, and are discontinuing version 1 before the end of March 2018. Does anybody know how to update the code so this works with the new version 2 recaptcha? This would be good to have for older versions of Prestashop since the recent russian spam emails coming from the insecure contact form. thanks

We are having problems getting 1.6.0.6 to display javascript, an eKomi widget, in the sidebar. It was working but now isn't for some reason. We have the original ekomi module v1 and have tried the code in htmlbox module also but now we can't get the javascript box to appear at all. Is there a restriction on allowing javascript code to function on the front end in sidebars etc?

If you're using one page checkout the goal funnels are less as below, however we are having problems in catching every conversion. Since we updated from 1.4.4, the same funnels don't catch all the conversions in 1.6.0.6 because the new paypal module forwards from the usual confirmation 'order-confirmation' page to another page. - You need to set up more than one goal in Google Analytics goals to catch conversions for cheques, paypal etc: We only use one step which is: /quick-order Then the destinations: choose 'regular expression' - Cheques: order-confirmation - Paypal: module/paypal/submit The above destinations work but we are still not catching all the conversions if anyone knows if there are any other destination/confirmation pages different to the above that will log a sale? I'm not sure if the Paypal module has a different return/confirmation pages for customers using cards and for those using their paypal accounts?? We are using google analytics module 1.8.1 and not the API because we can't get that to work either..

Thanks Vekia. The hook for it is 'displayShoppingCartFooter' but wasn't displayed in the positions so I couldn't find it. Found it in phpmyadmin in 'yourtableprefixname_hook' and changed the 'position' from 0 to 1 so it appears in positions list, then deleted the crossselling hook from that position.

Hi, how can I remove the crossselling block from the cart/checkout page on single page checkout without disabling the entire module, as I still want it displayed on the product pages? thanks

Have since realised that 1.6.0.6 pdf invoice does calculate the tax for both products and tax but just in the same single calculation. Previously (in our old 1.4.4) tax was listed separately. PDF invoice is working fine.

I'm having the same problem with paypal taking payment either by card or Paypal account but no order being created. We have 1.6.0.6 with the standard Paypal module downloaded from addons.prestashop.com (v3.6.8), and Paypal Pro with 3 click checkout enabled, and SSL. We're using redirect. Is the iframe option secure? It works for us but doesn't redirect when customer's pay by card and I'm concerned about it's security. In (v3.6.8) paypal.php there is no order-confirmation.php to change, it's just 'paypal_confirmation'. Is this error not related to incorrect permissions in the module folder? There is a temporary work-around for this problem of not receiving orders: 1.6 allows you to create the order from the shopping cart: Have the Paypal order email confirmation to hand so you can compare all the details: customer name, address, price etc. In back-end, go to 'customers'>'shopping cart' and find the customer's order/cart (usually minus shipping cost), click on it. Click the 'create an order from this cart' button in the 'order information' box. If the cart info is not already showng, type the customer's name into the search box, click 'choose' on the relevant one. The cart(s) will be underneath the customer's name/info, click the 'use' button on the relevant one. The cart info will appear below which is usually the same as the order placed. Check address, total price etc, everything is same as the Paypal order, and choose the correct order status (usually payment accepted), then click the 'create the order' button. This will create the order in the 'orders' section as it normally would have appeared.

Hi, we're using version 1.6.0.6, and the free official Paypal module, and subscribe to Paypal Pro. Is the current iframe card payment part of the module secure? Iframe card payment works perfectly in testing and gives 'thank you for payment' confirmation message but does not redirect to confirmation page. Is this non-redirect normal or an error? thanks

Thanks for your reply, but I shouldn't have to buy a module just to fix a problem that should work in the original version.

Hi, In 1.6.0.6 the PDF invoices do not show the tax breakdown for shipping, also therefore the total tax amount is incorrect when shipping that includes tax is used. This feature worked in earlier versions so why is it not working now? Is there a fix for this?

Hi, on the default bootstrap theme the 'Sign in' login link is missing from the black header bar at the top right of the page. Does anyone know why this is? I only have one language and one currency set up so those selection links that usually sit next to it are disabled, and the only link that is showing is the 'contact us' link. I'd also like to add other links to this top bar - is there any way to do this without adding the code manually? thanks
