I need someone to check and fix the error causing my combinations not showing on products in front office. Products do not have, size, color, and quantity tab in front office even though the combination is properly created in back office. Everything was working fine until yesterday. I haven't uploaded new products. this is happening to existing products. Please let me know if interested. check here, www.shop1on1.com and click on any product. Thanks.

" This combiation does not exist for this product. Please select another combination" This is the error messages my customers are getting when they try to check products out. I deleted combination in back office and created a new one but still doesn't work. There's no size, color, and quantity tabs showing in front office so customer have not been able to check out. Any ideas and if someone wants to check it out and i'll pay for the service. This is very important since i'm loosing sales. I'm still using 1.5.4. Please help. this is my website www.shop1on1.com.

Hello All, I have had Prestashop Version 1.4.7 for over a year. Have been trying to update to 1.5.4 but doesn't work for me. I have followed all instructions and almost messed my site up. I'm not sure what i did wrong. I don't wanna mess with it anynore so i'm looking for someone to udpdate for a fee. I'll pay for the service so please PM if you are interested. Thank you.

I had a different one that was addon which was also given me problems. No picture fitted.Could the home slideshow be causing the problem?

The only thing i changed was the home slideshow. Which actually came with the template. But i didn't use it until yesterday. I have had problems with this template actually and i'm afraid to change it because it when i bought the current template last year it took the whole prestaShop tech support about 6 hours to make it work. Mike was there at that time. I'm nor sure what to do next.

i have tried every browser on different laptops and i it doesn't work. i have had several emails from customers telling me they can't shop. And it has become extremely slow. They can't even view the product details from the home page.

For some reason i can't get the pages on my website to open. Customers click on a product to buy and it doesn't work. nothing works, you can't view products, you can't buy anything. Any ideas why.
