I didn't upgrade or added any new module. How do I turn on error reporting?

I have same problem. My version is 1.4.9. How did u clear cookies? On your browser?

Products are not displaying on the main page and also when you add something to cart it does not work. Please someone help. It was working fine for 2 years. Suddenly started acting up. I have a different problem. I setup everything including the API signature. It was working fine for months. But last it stoped working. NO error message. Sandbox is off. Paypal said it's not hitting their server. Their log showing that my server it's not even hitting paypal. what could e the reason? Please help. my site is down for 24 hrs

Hi, My paypal module was working fine all these time. Just last bight it stopped working. im getting following Error message. Please try to contact the merchant: PayPal response: -> Tried reinstalling the Paypal module tried removing completely I contacted payapal they said ccording to their error log my API it's not even hitting paypal server.
