    I even have products on our top sellers block on the homepage that have sold 1 pair 2 years ago..other more important and bigger sales are not even showing? (www.sunset27.co.nz)

    Just cleared the cache folders manually again, disabled cache in back office, CTRL-F5 to refresh the homepage (www.sunset27.co.nz), and still products in the Best Sellers are NOT updating. This has been an issue for over a year now. We have had many sales and those products do not show on the Best Sellers Tab. Has anyone else got this problem. Or should I just disable this module altogether. It doesnt seem like anyone has a fix or any ideas. Very frustrating.

    We have cleared cache, and best sellers module is not updating. How can we get our best sellers on the home page to update. Does anyone have a work around for this module?

    I cannot save categories, I cannot ad categories. I have done a fresh install numerous times. I believe this could be a data issue. When I save a category or disable a category I see a web search page. I have 400 products in my shop. www.sunset27.co.nz. Can anyone help....I am losing web orders. Help!

    Cannot create categories. Upgraded to 1.6.0.9, cannot create categories or sub-categories. Nleft and nright fields have ZERO values. Have copied the admin folder and overwritten my admin folder, but still no luck. Lots of products in my shop and cannot afford to do a fresh install and reload all products again. There are many topics on Category erorrs, but none seem to fix anything. Can anyone help? Any ideas? Anyone?

    OK, I have now disabled the Layered Navigation Block. Pagination and manufacturers block now works all ok.

    Homepage tabs are not working again. I have found out that when I turn Off Smarty Cache, then the tabs start working. Is this the solution - or is something wrong here?

    When I have categories with lost of products, I see the page buttons, previous and next. When I click on Next or "3" for page 3 (as an example) The loading GIF displays and thats it. No page update, no products, no nothing, just the loading page gif. Has anyone else seen this issue? Please help. Website is www.sunset27.co.nz

    When I go to my website I see that 2 of the 3 homepage tabs have a focus. Only when you click on the unselected item does the tabs actually work. This was an issue in previous prestashop versions and still remains in 1.6.0.8. Site is www.sunset27.co.nz

    Thank you. I looked at my error log and found issue with /modules/blocklayered. I uninstalled the module, removed the files from the server, re-uploaded the /blocklayered/ module files, re-installed in presatshop back office. Now working all ok.

    I only have 1 column showing for my category block in the footer, but I want 2. I changed the number of columns to show in footer to 2 then 5, but I still only see 1 column. This setting does not seem to be working. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Link: www.sunset27.co.nz I have temporarily used css to make 2 columns.
