msicmaster - I do not know how to thank you ! I've disabled the overrides , applied the backup and uninstalled the module. Everything working fine now. Thank you very much for your help , now all I need is to get a refund from prestashop - and make a backup of the store every time I change anything. Have a great day !

Antoine F until today no one from the prestashop development team has replied to any of the emails I've sent.I would like to get a refund please , could you please look after this for me also I would like to get a refund on all other 300gbp + modules that I bought when buying this one - they were never installed as the site went down after installing the URL CLEANER.

I did made a backup of the rewrites before I could use the module so I hope it can be reversed manually - I've contacted the developer - the funny thing is that it is made by prestashop team . Their support is non existent . Nobody is replying to the emails , I do regret that I went with prestashop few years ago. Anyway , site is still down , all the links are changed so manually deleting the module will not give me the result I need as I need go get it back to the state before I have used that peace of shit software.

Hopefully I will be able to catch someone from prestashop team here. After activating the URL CLEANER module i get an fatal error - Fatal error: Call to undefined method Dispatcher::seoperf_clearRoutes() in /home/drfash5/public_html/eshop/modules/seoperformance/seoperformance.php on line 681 Cant access front or back office . When I deleted the seoperformance.php I can access the back office but all the urls are changed so getting 404 on every product. Is there anyone able to help me to get the old urls from backup file that I created when configuring the module , and deleting the module completely ?

Hi there. I hope someone can help me. I installed the module , went throe the configuration , changed all the duplicates , activated the module and now I am getting 500 error , blank page and cant access the front or back office - no reply from the developer. Can anyone help ? This is a very old post but I am dealing with the same issue. Our stock keeping software integration is not really working . As Dahl99 stated "product price and quantity are stored in the "ps_products" table but to actually change the quantity this is changed in the "ps_stock_available" table." I do need a trigger that will update ps_products after my stock keeping software will update the ps_stock_avaible table. Is there anyone that could help me with that ? Regards Rob

We do use linnworks to sync all the inventory in all our channels . The problem is with their prestashop integration - it is very basic and does not work very well. When the quantities are updated it is only updating the ps_stock_available table for each SKU. Unfortunately prestashop is keeping the "parent" price and quantity - summary quantity in table ps_products I do need someone to create a trigger that will update the summary quantity in table ps_products after the ps_stock_available will be updated by linnworks. Tak wiec dostalem tylko infomracje iz muszę radzic sobie sam , i za pomoca trigerow zmienic wartosci w bazie danych. Tak więc teraz pytanie do społeczności - jako iż do devu mi daleko i nie wiele także wiem o bazach danych - czy ktoś był by w stanie pomoc mi z trigerem ? Chodzi konkretnie o to ze gdy idzie udpate do ps_stock_available trzeba wymusic update w ps_products gdzie trzymana jest wartosc sumaryczna i cena. Tak , każdy produkt posiada atrybuty. Wartości atrybutów się zgadzają ale już w back office gdy np atrybutów jest 5 każdy ma po 2 szt zamiast pokazywać 10 pokazuje 8 lub zero. Dopiero jak wejdę zmienię jakąś wartość zapisze i wyjdę nagle wszystko gra.

Linnworks, na rynku działają już kupę czasu , i synchronizują mi wszystkie kanały. Tak jak mówię odpowiednie ilości są wysyłane do bazy danych , zastanawiam się tylko dlaczego back office nie widzi zmian. Czy prestashop zapisuje dostępne ilości w więcej niż jednej tabeli ?
