  2. Hola! Si te refieres al Panel de administración de tu cuenta Yotpo, éste esta disponible solamente en ingles. Lo que sí es posible es mostrar las funcionalidades de Yotpo en español, como así también enviar los emails en esta lengua. Para ello, por favor abre tu cuenta de Yotpo y dirigite a Tools > email & general settings > general settings > languages > Spanish. Por cualquier consulta, por favor escribe a [email protected] Saludos
  3. Hey FluffyCat, Due to the way Outlook is built, our InMail form won't work there. As a workaround -- we include a link where Outlook users can click to leave a review. We can see which programs people use to open our review request emails, and a very small percentage are using Outlook. The majority of people are opening them in a webmail client or on their phones. Please let me know if I can help with anything else!

  8. Hello tatamimi, I'm glad everything was cleared up! In order to get you tons of reviews (more than any app out there) we automatically e-mail your customers after their purchase, asking them to leave a review (which they can do from right within the email!). Our system pulls order info so it knows who to email and what they purchased (so we know what to ask them to review). That's all we do with this information. Over 55,000 stores trust Yotpo with customer info and we take that trust very, very seriously. Thanks to your feedback, we're working on a way to make it clearer for PrestaShop users how to properly delete the app. For anyone else looking for this info, the easiest way is to email our awesome Support team and they will take care of it for you! Ich habe auch in Englisch unten geschrieben. Ich wollte für die Empfehlung B.Köring Yotpo danken und Sie wissen lassen, ein paar Dinge über Yotpo: 1) Wir sind PrestaShop Partnern und Anwendern. Wir haben sehr hart gearbeitet, um eine nahtlose Integration mit PrestaShop und unsere Entwicklungs-und Support-Teams verfügen über umfangreiche Kenntnisse, wie die PrestaShop Back-End-Werke zu entwickeln. 2) Yotpo können Sie über den Auftragsstatus, die den Überprüfungsantrag E-Mail-Trigger anpassen, und können Sie sogar Ihren eigenen Status zu erstellen (wie oben erwähnt). 3) Yotpo ist kostenlos und dauert ca. 3 Minuten auf PrestaShop installieren!
