Hi sanjeev, kindly create one subdomain for your domain install prestashop 1.6.0.9 version and put some sample products and install ccavenue payment gateway and check whether it is working properly.. the module is compatible to version 1.6.0.9 only that is the problem, better option install 1.6.0.9 and export and import all the products in the new one . before doing all this things kindly check ccavenue works in version 1.6.0.9.

The return URL is also correct as i did for prestashop1.5 version, let me check with your version 1.6 and let you know... have you turn on the error reporting in your website, once turn on that and again check for it shows for any error ? check once what you have given in working key and all in ccavenue merchant setting page

what is the return url you have given for ccavenue ? .... post the url and mask the domain name.... kindly post the module zip which you obtained from ccavenue....

For which version are you using the plugin 1.5.6.0 or for 1.6 version tell me clearly.....? Where you have downloaded the module, kindly get the module from CCavenue itself . kindly post the issues you are facing clearly.

You can add the supplier name in the list. i have already done this .. wait for some time i will post the code or you can search for query for selecting the product table and join with supplier table a little bit alter to achieve this..

Hi SVKpneux, Before doing CSV import download the sample csv file from the B.O -> Advance Parameters and also you can check for your fields whether it is acceptable by prestashop. In the same page check for Available fields which can imported.

You can refer the prestashop documentation or you can create a API with db connection to the server and check whether a user exist or not in the customer table.
