  2. @prmag, Thanks for your reply and patience with my response. You would need to check your scripts to find out which need to be uploaded in Binary or ASCII mode then upload them accordingly.

  7. @usascottwright, I'm with GoDaddy and came across your post. It sounds like you had purchased a new hosting and the site was restored to the new hosting account correct? If that is the case, it sounds like your Prestashop connections strings need to be updated to point to the new database that would have been created for your restored site.   9. @ALEXUSIAM, I am with GoDaddy and came across your post. Have you been able to get Prestashop installed? If not you should update the permissions from the public_html level.   11. @Swisss76 I'm with GoDaddy and came across your post. Some email providers block emails they can see are sent from a form mailer script and do this for spam preventative measures. Secondly, it appears you are using the settings for an email account with GoDaddy to authorize the email sending out from your hosting account. You will need to send email using our relay server. If not you will need to contact your host as they handle your name servers.
