Hi we have the worst hosting provider in the world who are no help what so ever heres my problem when follow up module sends out we get a ton of bounce backs from our server saying that our server has flaged them as spam, there excuse is: This one shows as not having a sender - From: Time: 2015-07-17 12:59:31 To: [email protected] Action: Blocked Subject: Reason: Sender Size: Delivery Status: Source IP: cloud08.unlimitedwebhosting.uk[149.255.60.146] Delivery Detail: ID: 1437134371-0554130f0bd93e70001-zK0RMz Delivery Time: Does the php form have a define from address? In this case how do i add sender in so it wont get blocked by the servers spam filters my understanding is it took the senders email from the store.? Thanks in advance

hi we are getting this error on prestashop 1.6 when a customer tries to reset there password https://{url}/ the url should be https://mydomain.com/password-recovery?token=2b8fa2d6ad94774ab2c29b538479eb65&id_customer=23 It displays the link correctly in text but when you click the hyper link you get https://{url}/ and error server not found. please how can i fix this issue

at present i use the old default template in 1.5 is there any way that i can make the 1.6 look like the 1.5 template please otherwise when 1.6 goes into production im worried i may end up been left behind as we like the look we have and dont want to change it

hi sorry i found a list of permissions in the guide it is not file permissions i think my host just trying to get out of fixing it

my host is adiment that my 403 errors are been caused by file permisions does any one have a full list of file permissions for the latest version of prestashop

hi im getting 404 error after a customer logs off after upgrading to 1.5.5.0 any ideas any one

And another upgrade comes out that doesnt work on our shops ... when i tryed to upgrade from 1.5.3.1 to the 1.5.4.1 all the headers were messed up in the front office and back office. so i waited hopeing for the bug to be fixed in the next release ..... the new release is out and the bug remains so all i can think now is its our setup can anyone help me out here as we are falling behind with developments and i like the trophy feature in the 1.5.4.1 version that is not showing in my upgrades ether any help resolving my issues would be great kind regards Paul

ok this morning i created a copy of my store on my testing server i then ran the manual update following all the advise as the auto update was failing to download. i have a hand full of problems and somthing that appears to be missing so here goes. the store front header is messed up see pic below 2. the admin area header is the same also if you didnt notice on the header the trophy is missing. i have yet to test everything else but i would like to get these style problems resolved asap.

How come since version PrestaShop™ 1.5.3.1 nothing works or updates any more i used to love prestashop but my opinion is changing rapidly Version 1.5.4 - Crashed my websites totaly and when i did get it to work paypal didnt work with it and the styles was all over the place so i ended up roling back In hope that these problems were fixed i upgraded to 15.4.1 .......... GUESS WHAT It didnt work again even worse the styles are screwed. i loved prestashop but i think if these problems dont get sorted out with the updates i may have to start looking else were for a ecommerce system that the updates actualy work
