Backed up my db, imported db in a new prestashop installation, deleted all categories and products, created one new catgory, but nothing changed; categories still not listed in the block. Any ideas? Later edit: changed root category friendly url "home" to something else and now i can see the categories... i still need to figure out why featured products on home page is not listing any products.

I don't know exactly the deleted categories but i think root is present... images attached Thanks

Didn't help. Cleaned cache/smarty/ compile and cache. The categories list dissapeared after deleting some categories no longer needed. I noticed that FeaturedProducts module is also not listing products. Thanks for your help

hello, i'm having the same issue... my category block is showing only the title (categories) and nothing else. Tryed uninstall/install/reset, hooks are ok as mentioned above. Footer is also showing the title. Anyone can help? PS1.5.6
