  1. Paypal denied me the refund, I can´t believe it... Module doesn´t works, i wasted my money, my time and my patience. But don´t worry, PRESTASHOP, I won´t spend more money in your addons. I won´t recommend you to anyone, never. I think you will lost much more than the reparation or the refund of these module. Good luck partners, I hope you have more luck than me with these shame called Prestashop SA.

I would like that the module works, this is the reason I bought it. But your technical team were not interested in solving the problem. Their only solution was to ask me to update the module. And after that, the module does not work either. And after that, their only response was: "You have a problem with your prestashop. There is a javascript conflict that make the module not working." I asked them again to know what was the problem exactly, to try to find a solution. And there was no response. My freelance said to me that there isn´t a problem in my prestashop. My shop works perfectly with a lot of modules installed. The problem is that this module doesn´t work. I have to pay my freelance to check this issues, and he could repair this problem in the module. But I have to pay this fix. And why? I paid the module and I have the right that this module works correctly without paying any freelance. Because of these module I lost the sales of a day, many working hours, the price of the module, the price of my freelance. And I won a big displeasure. Like yoy say, if I choose "I have a billing issue", Addons website only shows the following button: "Go to the Forum". There isn´t any ticket support for the modules developed by prestashop. So, what can I do? To put open a paypal dispute. And this is that I did. Now, Paypal will decide. And I also decide not to buy more modules in Addons Prestashop.

  7. Hello, Two days ago I buyed the module Pop Exit Retargeting onsite Popup (developed by Prestashop). This module doesn´t work and causes a big problem in my site, Front Office turns blank! And I lost many hours to repair my store and many hours without sales! There is no support for this module, it is shameful. If you want to report a problem for this module from addons prestashop, there is only one option: Go to the Forum. There is no possibility of write a ticket directly to the developer (prestashop). Do you think it is fair to pay for a module with no customer service?? I don´t want to write my problem in a public forum like I am doing now, I want prestashop solves the problem by a private method (like a ticket system). The chat supports is only to sell, they don´t help you if you have a problem. And finally I send an email directly to addons prestashop, and they ask me for BO and FTP access. I gave it, but they didn´t nothing! Their reply: You need to update the module. Ok, I did it, I updated the module, but it doesn´t work and my Front Office turns blank again!! I contacted them again two more times, but they didn´t reply me... So, I want my money back!!!
  8. Bueno, he hablado con ellos en español y en inglés, puedo decírselo en francés también. Lo del idioma no creo que sea un problema, existen el traductor de google por ejemplo... Seguimos esperando aún una solución.... y vamos camino de los dos días.

No solo no funcionaba, sino que me generó un problema en la tienda y estuvo fuera de servicio toda la tarde y tuvimos que restaurar una copia de seguridad anterior y volver actualizar la base de datos. A todo esto, siguen sin contestarnos desde Addons, servicio de atención al cliente postventa lamentable.

Acabo de adquirir un módulo desarrollado por prestashop que no funciona: Pop exit - Retargeting onsite Popup Intento mandarles un ticket para solicitar ayuda para solucionar el problema, y no se puede... me mandan directamente al Foro! Pero qué garantía es esta?? Yo quiero contactar con el soporte técnico, no con un foro público... Y desde el chat de ayuda tampoco me dan soluciones... CONCLUSIÓN: No vuelvo a comprar nunca más en Addons Prestashop. Compraré directamente a los desarrolladores en sus sitios web. Esto es indignante. Lo comparto para que lo tengáis en cuenta, y que no os pase lo mismo que a mí.
  11. Nosotros nos estábamos volviendo locos con el módulo oficial de redsys (versión 2.8.2). Finalmente instalamos uno de pago de alabazweb y todo funciona ahora correctamente...

  13. NACEX tiene un servicio que te asesora y te ayuda a instalarlo si tú no sabes, no necesitas pagar a nadie. Y la verdad es que funcionan bastante bien y rápido en la resolución de este tipo de incidencias técnicas. Te paso el correo al que debes dirigirte. Saludos!
  14. No me funciona en la 1.6.0.14, se queda la página en blanco y no genera el abono de la factura... He contactado desde Addons, a ver si hay respuesta...
