  1. I put Google Analytics in Header.tpl and it wont update on my website. I tried to clear cache, no help. I use version 1.6.0
  2. I have to change the domain name of my website. Where do I do it in FileManager and PHPMyadmin?
  3. I fixed it. I created a php.ini file and added the following line: cgi.force_redirect = 0
  4. Hello, I need help. I purchased a theme and when I installed it I got a 500 Internal Server Error on my front page. I tried to reinstall Prestashop with the quickstart package. I am using 1.6.0.9 version. The backoffice is working but the front office gives me the error.
  5. You need to create an empty file called ".htaccess" (you can use notepad). Upload the file to your root folder and set permission to 777. Go to your backoffice --> Tools -->Generators Check box Friendly URL Click Generate ".htaccess"
  6. Enter into PHPMyAdmin and you should see the full path of you MySQL host server. You should copy that path and paste it instead of "localhost" than just fill out user dbname and password and it should work.
  7. I have got a different problem: My front page is in French (Which is what I want) but I want my backoffice to be in English. I tried updating the translation of the Back Office but it did not work. Does anyone know how do I change my Back Office only from French to English?
  8. Just put the word "home" in the Rewritten URL: and save it . You do not have to delete anything from the database. The system knows that it is the homepage and will not use it in your URL. And about some comments here: Prestashop is number one. It has few bugs but I know people that paid thousands for much less than that.
  9. I am having a problem: my site is under a robot attack which changes IPs every few seconds. I see number of users online 20000-35000 and they all going to 404 page. It causes my site to collapse every few minutes. I know that there is a script "DenyHost" which you can install on your server and it blocks the attack. Does anyone know of anything like that for Prestashop? Or any other solution? (the site that is being attacked used to be a forum before so some hacker aimed an automatic script that attacks that site all the time).
  10. I need help: Where can I change the friendly URL order: instead of http://www.mydomain.com/category/product.html I need to have http://www.mydomain.com/product/category.html Which file please?
  11. You can also paste the following: background-image:url('/img/bg.jpg'); optional: background-repeat:no-repeat;
  12. you can do it manually from the database tables: http://www.zer2u.co.il/2-פרחים-בירושלים
