Hoping someone can help,
We updated prestashop from 1.4.6.2 to 1.5.3 a couple of months back
Customers who originally registered with us while on 1.4.6.2 have the following issue
1. They attempt to login but their password does not work
2. They attempt to reset their password but get an error message.
3. They then call us for help
4. We log into prestashop back office and change their password
5. We tell the customer to update their password.
6. Customer is happy, no more issues.
However this is a pretty poor experience, not to mention the number of customers who are not bothering to call us to reset the password.
Is there a way to reset all passwords for customers who have not logged in since we updated prestashop?
