Hi I have solved the problem by making a reset of the module. After that it suddenly worked again. And there is a new update 2.04 this will maybe also be helpful. greetings Karl

I have installed the module Google Analytics v2.0.2 - by PrestaShop and have enterede the trackin ID. And I can see the tracking ID in the shop. But in google it does not show any result, Is it an error of the module? Or do if have to change anything? I have also installed Google Analytics API v1.0.3 - by PrestaShop And this one works fine. best regards Karl

Hallo, Ich habe den Modul für den Tracking code installiert und aktiviert und die Google Kennung eingetragen. Und ich finde die Kennung auch im Quelltext der Homepage. Trotzdem meldet Analytics Trackiung nicht installiert. Bitte um Ratschläge.

Ich werde Deinem Ratschlag folgen und den Provider wechseln. Entweder DMSolutions oder SSD-Webhosting. Die geben an dass sie es können. Hast Du da Erfahrungen mit einem der beiden? Vielen Dank für Deine Arbeit mit mir. herzliche Grüße Karl

Version 1.5.2.0, template elation-liquid After uploading a picture for the scene, I watch the upload happening, but then is nothing happening. As far as I understand, the screen should change and show the just uploaded picture.

Die verstehen halt einen eigenen Server,kostet 100EUro / Monat. Die magic_quotes habe ich auf off gestellt, das hat aber auch nichts gebracht. Un die anderen Parameter haben nur was mit dem picture upload zu tun. Aber der funktioniert ja. Die bilder werden tadellos geladen. Nach dem Upload sollte sich der Bildschirm verändern und die weitern Felder zeigen, das tut er nicht.

Ich habe jetzt bei 2 Providern angefragt, die sagen beide, dass man für diese Einstellungen einen "Managed Server" braucht. Stimmt das, dass man für den Betrieb von Prestashop einen "Managed Server" braucht?

Hat es was mit dem Template zu tun?

Leider lieber Moderator, das anpassen der Server Konfiguration hat gar nichts gebracht. Es sieht wie gesagt der Bildschirm für das Eingeben von Scenes vollkommen anders aus als im Handbuch dargestellt. Es gibt nur 2 Felder, ein zur Eingabe des Namens und eins zum Hochladen des Bildes. Der ganze übrige Rest fehlt, siehe: Grüße Karl

Der Provider hat geantwortet. Es liegt an denen. Ich muß in einen anderen Tarif bei denen wechseln. Dank nochmals.
