Vérifiez le URL qui est indiqué dans les "Property Settings" dans Google Analytics et assurez-vous qu'il est configuré proprement. Le mien pointait à un site "http" alors que mon magasin en ligne est à un site "https". Après avoir fait le changement approprié, Google Analytics me donne maintenant des statistiques. Le module "Google Analytics V. 2.0.4" pour Prestashop fonctionne très bien.

The Google Analytics module is working fine. Just make sure that the Property Settings for your PS store are pointing to the correct URL in Google Analytics. I had mine configured to look for an http site whereas my site is https. So it did not record any stats until I updated the Property settings to the proper URL. It's working fine now.

We are having a problem with our Moneris HostedPage v1.5 by PrestaShop which was installed over a year ago. This Moneris module has been working properly up until now. Our version of PrestaShop is V1.4.8.2 In the last few orders, when a customer creates the order, we receive a "Transaction Approved" notification from Moneris, but no order gets created in PrestaShop. We've looked into our PrestaShop database and the products that were ordered by the customer are still in their cart. No order was generated in PrestaShop. Looking for comments/suggestions.
