  1. I have the same error and nobody seems to know what's going on. Why is Prestashop not responding to this matter?
  2. I managed to figure this problem out just like Aaron909. My csv file used ',' while the Prestashop import separator was ';'. Thanks guys!
  3. Solved this problem by doing a fresh installation. Before doing a fresh installation, i wiped my store directory clean to remove any traces of the old installation. It worked!
  4. Hi, I'm trying to import my products using a .csv file but when trying to do, I am unable to expand the column data after importing the csv file and can't check my data. as a result I get loads of errors on the next screen and my products fail to import. i also included a screen shot of the errors after I imported the products csv file. Any help would be kindly appreciated. Thank you very much. Please see attached files.
  5. I still have this problem. So, if I want to do a clean installation or rather re-installation, what will happen to my existing products, CSMs, etc.? Thanks.
  6. HI, I checked my error log and it's empty. Still can't add products and me too haven't added any new/custom modules. Am really lost here. Thanks.
  7. I tried this but unfortunately it doesn't work. Meaning, I see no error or message and the screen still remains blank.
  8. Hi, After upgrading to PS v1.5, I am unable to add any new products. The add products screen is just blank. Here is a screen shot of how it looks like:

  12. My problem is now solved. I no longer need to manually install PS 1.5.2. A forum member solved my problem - when you upgrade, you need to click on "expert mode" and select major upgrade. Than you can upgrade from v1.4.7.3 to v1.5.2.
