  1. I have the default (as far as I know) payment options installed, including Moneybookers and Paypal. I think I will keep Paypal, but not sure about Moneybookers. 1) What are the best VISA, Mastercard, Amex credit/debit card processor modules? I just want plain and simple. 2) Is there a "just collect the card information" module? So that I can enter process the credit/debit card manually? Thanks!
  2. I am a PS newbie. Do you know where I have to make that change? And what is the nature of the change?
  3. Yes, I know that only firefox supports it, but can I increase the file size limit? Why would Prestashop care how big the file is? Does Prestashop support Animated GIFs?
  4. I am using PS 1.4.9 . When I try to upload a 1.3MB image (animated PNG) using the Home text editor module, it says that the file size limit is 300KB. Why is this the case? How can I increase the limit?
  5. I can't believe I am the only one who raised this issue. I can't easily use a GIF file for an image? Seriously? I have to edit a .TPL file? What the heck is a .TPL file? And where is header.tpl? This a terrible user experience.
  6. Animated PNG's are supported by only Firefox among the major browsers. Are Animated GIF's supported by Prestashop? In particular, I would like the home page image (homepage_logo.jpg in the coton theme) to be animated. What is the best solution for Animated images?
  7. I am trying to use a GIF image as the homepage logo image (in Home Text Editor), but it PS isn't taking it. Are GIF's supported?
  8. I created a number of hierarchical categories, and associated an Image to all but the top level categories. All of the images show up when viewed in Front Office except for one category. The <div> for the category image isn't in the generated source. Does anybody have an idea as to what might be going on? Or seen this before?
  9. How to set the Category Image Width and Height? The generated source puts a width of 500 and height of 150 . <img src="/img/c/6-category.jpg" alt="Women's Shirts" title="Women's Shirts" id="categoryImage" width="500" height="150" /></div> Is there a setting to specify this? I am using the Coton Theme if that makes a difference. Thanks!
  10. I am using the Coton (Cotton) theme. It would appear to me to be a general issue. I can't imagine I am the only one having this issue. It is a CSS issue. Did I say how much I hate CSS? I am also having another issue where the Category Image is not being displayed. I will probably have to start a new thread for this other issue.
  11. DesignHaus42, the website is not enabled. I posted the URL in a previous post. When the page is loading, I can see the full text of the description, but then the image is rendered and the text is hidden (truncated) by the image. I tried cropping the size of the image, but that did not work. It seems that the category image width is too large.
  12. Mike, I did not try that fix because I am sure that is not the .tpl that needs to be fixed . It is more likely that category.tpl is the one to which I am referring. Furthermore, I think the problem is not related to a truncate setting. From what I can tell, the category description is being truncated (hidden) by the category image to the right of the category name / description.
  13. Mike...sorry for insisting, but I think that product-list.tpl is not the file that pertains to the page I am talking about (see URL above). I am sure the fix in your previous post will solve the issue once I make the change to the appropriate .tpl file. I just want to make sure that is the correct .tpl file. Thanks!
