No Zone to Match Your Address
indie-Zine replied to indie-Zine's topic in Configuring and using PrestaShop
Please...... Someone has had to have had this error.. I really have tried every option. -
Hi, I recently switched Themes. When I did, it somehow kicked my shipping screwy. We get now " There is no Zone Match with your Address " I went into the backoffice, and It had Parcel listed as my carrier. I tried to swtich to priority, and it gave me this : You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 1 INSERT INTO `ps_delivery` (`id_range_price`, `id_range_weight`, `id_carrier`, `id_zone`, `price`) VALUES So yeah. Any help? I can't stop now, I have been battling this for three days, I'm almost there! Thank you in advance! xx Mis www.indie-zine.com

Could someone possibly help me with the " Jewelicious " Theme?
-
Hi. My link is http://indie-zine.com/iZPShop/ I'm trying to edit this theme. I tried thru FTP, but am totally petrified of messing it all up. 1. It is suppose to show 4 or 5 pics on the slide, its only showing two. I just edited the ones in the template, and saved as the same name, and it still just did two, is this a glitch? 2. The footer, mumbo jumbo. * Sigh * I don't even want that group of images and text there, and if I did, where do I edit this at? 3. I don't know why my header is so scrunched up, do I have to reduce the category count? 4.If somone would be up to chat, or help me with a couple other really small things I would appreciate it. Being self taught isn't always easy! Thank you in advance. xMis

Error in Zones during ordering process
indie-Zine replied to christianak's topic in Ecommerce x PrestaShop [ARCHIVE BOARD]
Hi, I am having this same problem, could you help me? -
I tried switching themes. I just want to have a normal, simple, Black and frickin white store, but i can't even get that to work, or find a template that doesn't screw everything up... anyway, so when I tried to use this template " et black " it did something to my shipping, and now everyone is getting the error, ' no zone match with your address '. Can you help me figure out where to fix this? It worked fine before I tried changing. ( and if someone can help me make this a simple, black and white store, I would be grateful ) Thank you guys in advance. I'm always getting so lost in this!

Shipping / USPS Test Code/Path?
indie-Zine replied to indie-Zine's topic in Configuring and using PrestaShop
Well now that is the least of my worries. I made the mistake of going with Hosting 24.. and have had SO Much downtime. Any suggestions? -
Alright. This is it on this. I promise. LOL My topic is lost somewhere. I cannot find it. But, I had to get ' verified ' for the module. Done. Now, they tell me this. --------- Thank you for contacting the USPS Internet Customer Care Center regarding your Web Tools Account. I am more than happy to move your account over to production in the U.S. Postal Service's Web Tools Application Program Interfaces (APIs). Your profile, (TAKENOUT), has been updated to allow you access to the Production Server. 1. The Production Server URL is: http://production.shippingapis.com. For APIs calling the secure server, the URL is https://secure.shippingapis.com. 2. There is a line of code that refers to "shippingapitest.dll". You'll need to remove the word "test". Since you are using, Presta Shop, as your third party software, you will need to contact them if you need assistance with coding or programming. They should be able to assist you in obtaining live information using our APIs. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please contact us again. ------------------------ So yeah. HuH?

Is there a place to see login attempts by IP ?

What does this mean ??? My god that is Greek!? -- from USPS Email Your Web Tools User ID, shown above, is required to test and integrate USPS Web Tools APIs. With this ID, you may begin sending calls to the test server. Depending on the API, the address to the test server is either http://testing.shippingapis.com/ShippingAPITest.dll or https://secure.shippingapis.com/ShippingAPITest.dll. Use this information in combination with your User ID and your XML string to send a request to the USPS servers. For more details, refer to the programming guides (located at http://www.usps.com/webtools) for the specific API you are integrating. A sample test request would look like: "http://testing.shippingapis.com/ShippingAPITest.dll?API=[API_Name]&XML=[xml_String_containing_User_ID]" When you have completed your testing, email the USPS Internet Customer Care Center (ICCC). They will switch your profile to allow you access to the production server and will provide you with the production URLs. -
