Hello everyone, Not sure if this is a known issue or not, i've had a quick search, but didn't really get an answer to my problem. Please note the affects the BACK OFFICE ONLY, the store front is not affected. When adding a new product i fill in all the usual bits, name, reference, description etc, but when i click on 'save and stay, or just 'save' the page reloads completely blank (white screen), on the front office the data has been saved as the product shows, but obviously without an image or price as these have not yet been added. Once getting the BO visible again I can search for the product and fill in the extra details, but with 1700+ products this is long winded and unnecessary time consuming. The site was working OK until about a week ago, so i left it a few days, to see if it would sort itself out just in case it was a memory issue, I have since getting this problem however Increased my servers physical and RAM memory just in case. Any ideas what the issue could be, as far as i am aware there are no errors (unless i am looking in the wrong place) Many thanks for any advice given.

Hi all, This is probably something silly that im overlooking, but im stuck. I am using Prestashop 1.6.0.9 Email's are not being received when sent from the back office! Using the "Use PHP's mail() function (recommended; works in most cases)" option. Ok messages are being received IN the back office (eg from the contact us form), but when replying to these although i get the message 'message sent', nothing is ever received! I Have also tried sending the Test Email Configuration mail, again i get the successfully sent message, but receive nothing in my personal email. Not sure if it would cause an issue but i do have Prestashop installed in a folder rather than the web root. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Hi all, As in the title, how can i edit the "2014 Ecommerce software by PrestaShop" text? I Know how to 'switch off' the link via the admin panel, But i'm quite happy to have the link back to prestashop there. I just want to change the wording. For example xyz.com proudly powered by PrestaShop Many thanks for any advice.

Tried searching but couldn't find the answer. I have managed to delete the default install 'customer' and default 'order', But in Back Office > Stats in the Carts section, it still displays the average / largest /smallest carts as 601.15 How do i delete this 'sale' from here please? Thanks Russell

Hi, I have tried searching but could not find what i was looking for.... What is the maximum product image size that can be added to the store? I do know the file maximum is 2000kb, but i would like to know the pixel maximum (eg 100x100 etc) Thank you Russell
