Dear Prestashop Maniacs, does anyone know how to handle all emails from backoffice via " Customer Service" ? When I mean all emails I mean : let's say I use one email address for everything, so [email protected] or [email protected] - customer who sends message directly to my email address : [email protected] or [email protected] : I'll see his message in Customer Service and I can handle it from there. - anyone who reply to any email from shop, let's say customer reply to order status " Preparation In Progress " : this email will be visible in my Customer Service. Simply, when customer reply to some order status, I do not get it in Customer Service, when someone sends email directly to my email I don't get it in Customer Service. Managing all emails from Customer Service and Webmail is really confusing and not comfortable. I was searching a lot about how to set up this feature on prestashop but no luck. Is there anyone who knows how to do it? I'll even create Paid Job offer if needed. Or can you guys share how you handle your emails from customers? Please, let me know! :-)

Hello. I'm looking for a man, company ( not a man with 2 post and no website please) that can regularly help me to fix any problem with prestashop I have. I'm facing a lot of problems: emails are not being sent from shop ( but on another my websites hosted on same dedicated server it works..), vouchers do not work, shop is slow as f*ck. Hey guys, I've tried to find my answer on prestashop forum first with no luck. So I will try to explain what I would like to have working on my prestashops. A lot of websites that I use are still on prestashop 1.4 I'm using gmail private email to reply to all customers. That's sometimes not so comfortable and I would love to use my " customer service " in backoffice instead. So my question is : let's say my gmail is : [email protected] and I use that for everything - store contact, contacts. When I tag customer's order as " shipped ". He receives message that his order is being shipped and he sees it's from email [email protected] - a lot of people just hit reply button if he wants to ask something. What I want to achieve is that I would receive that email directly in my prestashop backoffice in " customer service ". Basically, anyone who send email to [email protected] - his message will be transported into the backoffice where I can reply him. So I don't need to use gmail at all. I guess same goes with " order comment messages ". I've read something about IMAP, POP3 or so but couldn't really find some explaination about how to do it. If there is anyone who understand my dummy explaination and knows something about it. Please help.

Looking for a guy who's able to create a customize bank wire module, or to improve actual one : What I need from module to do : Basically, module can be the same BUT there has to be additional thing, words like : Download Bank Wire details now : LINK - once customer clicks on the module our bank details will be downloaded to his machine ( mobile or PC ) in Microsoft Office Word 2007 or in some another document easily download-able and read-able. It has to work on prestashop 1.4, 1.5 and 1.6. Also it has to be easily installed.

I was looking for something like this for very long time. I'm using presta 1.4, 1.5 and 1.6 and no such a module there. That's very weird that such a important module that express politeness of you after customer invests money is missing or is not included in basic set up of prestashop because prestashop as the world's top ecommerce for sure needs it.

It's very hard to find a legitimate man who is able to upgrade or just create a new website for me, but such a website that when I look on it, I will sit down from a surprise. I've spent a lot of money, but noone prooved me he's worth of money. I'm a pharma seller and I can invest a lot, but I feel like ppl just dont wan't money or I just can't find a proper ppl.
