  1. I guess there is no support option for Prestashop bugs? Very disappointing.
  2. It seems like many are having problems with the Canada Post module. I have 2 different problems on 2 different servers with it. Is there any way to get some help with this module? I've asked in the Canad forum but no one replied in months
  3. I am having a problem with the Canada Post module, it constantly gives me this message when I try to set up the module: "Prestashop could not connect to Canada Post webservices : Canada Post Webservice seems to be down, please wait a few minutes and try again." When I first set it up, it worked fine, now it won't work. I've triple checked the merchant ID that Canada Post gave me and it's correct. I haven't changed any of the coding, and I've reinstalled the module multiple times, even recopied the original files from Prestashop download to my modules section again. Any ideas on what I can do?
  4. I just upgraded to 1.4.6, and everything is working fine. The only thing that doesn't work is the Canada Post module. I installed it fine, but when I click configure I get this error message everytime. [sat Jan 21 15:11:49 2012] [error] [client 174.118.226.42] File does not exist: /home/*******/public_html/500.shtml, referer: http://********.com/prestashop/adminmystore55/index.php?tab=AdminModules&conf=13&token=01ca0ce1d674f709d98c058b608f2eb2&tab_module=shipping_logistics&module_name=canadapost My permissions on this module are all set to 644. Any ideas on this? I can't figure out what is causing it.
  5. BTW, it is using: Apache version 2.2.21 PHP version 5.2.17 My SQL version 5.1.56-log And I'm not sure what version Prestashop it is, it was the version that was most current as of Nov 2011.
  6. I had set up my shop recently and it was operating perfectly. I hadn't launched it yet as I was waiting for inventory. It was inactive for about 2 months, and I didn't touch anything. Now when I go to login to the admin panel, it gives me a 404 Page Not Available error. I can't figure it out since I didn't change anything. I tried cleaing cookies, and I checked my login details. Any suggestions on what may have gone wrong? I can't get into the admin area! Thanks!
