  1. Does anyone know how to fix 'uncaught referenceerror freeproducttranslation is not defined' ? I simply haven't a clue!
  2. I've put in this code (red) in my ajax-cart.js to define it but still doesn't show unless I refresh page. Do you know if this is correct? else content += '<span class="remove_link"></span>'; if (typeof(freeProductTranslation) != 'undefined') $('dt#cart_block_product_' + domIdProduct + ' .price').html
  3. When I click 'Add to Cart' for a product, the cart totals update but doesn't show the products (unless you refresh the page). Can anyone help with this issue please? I use Prestashop 1.5.5 and my site is www.ayereadytshirts.com
  4. It's a customised theme. I notice I have two js folders in my theme's root. (js and js--) Could that be the issue?
  5. Hi Can anyone help with this issue please?. My email order confirmation is misaligned (see attached) I've tried looking in the translations to edit but doesn't seem to work. The only way for me to test is to keep buying products which I can't afford to keep doing. I'm not super techie so any advice on how to fix would be greatly appreciated. This is not looking good for my customers who will receive a squashed up confirmation. Thanks Ally
  6. Hi Could someone please help me get my footer links to show in the footer? My site is www.ontheballtshirts.co.uk and I need my cms block and tmbanner to show in the footer as is shown in this template below. Many thanks to whoever can help. Ally

  10. Yes, there is an image placeholder - The problem with removing the subcategories and adding back in is that I have a lot of subcategories with product images and I don't fancy having to do all that donkey work again. I'll send you a pm with my log in details and if you are able to remove the sub category images and hyperlinks I'd be very grateful.
  11. I deleted the images from the img folder and not from the tab as you suggested. When I add a new image to the image tab and then delete it it still shows the red cross. - Is there a way around this?
  12. Hi, Could anyone help me please, i've racked this forum for ages trying to find a solution but to no avail. I'm trying to remove the images and links in the sub categories (see attached screenshot) I have looked at the various threads about amending the category.tpl in themes. However nothing seems to remove these images. My category.tpl now looks like this. {include file="$tpl_dir./breadcrumb.tpl"} {include file="$tpl_dir./errors.tpl"} {if isset($category)} {if $category->id AND $category->active} <h1>{strip} {$category->name|escape:'htmlall':'UTF-8'} <span> {if $category->id == 1 OR $nb_products == 0}{l s='There are no products.'} {else} {if $nb_products == 1}{l s='There is'}{else}{l s='There are'}{/if} {$nb_products} {if $nb_products == 1}{l s='product.'}{else}{l s='products.'}{/if} {/if} </span>{/strip} </h1> {if $scenes} <!-- Scenes --> {include file="$tpl_dir./scenes.tpl" scenes=$scenes} {*{else} <!-- Category image --> {if $category->id_image} <div class="align_center_2"> <img src="{$link->getCatImageLink($category->link_rewrite, $category->id_image, 'category')}" alt="{$category->name|escape:'htmlall':'UTF-8'}" title="{$category->name|escape:'htmlall':'UTF-8'}" id="categoryImage" width="{$categorySize.width}" height="{$categorySize.height}" /> </div> {/if}*} {if $products} {include file="$tpl_dir./product-compare.tpl"} {include file="$tpl_dir./product-sort.tpl"} {include file="$tpl_dir./product-list.tpl" products=$products} {include file="$tpl_dir./product-compare.tpl"} {include file="$tpl_dir./pagination.tpl"} {elseif !isset($subcategories)} <p class="warning">{l s='There are no products in this category.'}</p> {/if} {elseif $category->id} <p class="warning">{l s='This category is currently unavailable.'}</p> {/if} {/if} Am I on the right path here? I have no more hair left :-) Many thanks for help Ally
  13. Is this icon to modify images supposed to do something. see link actions - When I click it just refreshes the page. What i'd like to do is hide images, is that possible? http://www.ontheballtshirts.co.uk/admin1234/index.php?tab=AdminCatalog&id_category=28&id_product=28&id_image=187&editImage&tabs=1&token=885748008b03c0372b2dd389c541aa36 What i'd like to do is hide images, is that possible? 14. Thanks Jayzee for your reply, So even though the module description states that it can change the product colour simply by clicking the colour button, in fact it doesn't do this? I had the free colour picker module installed but I wanted to be able to change the colour of my product on click so that's why I purchased this one for £31. Feel like i've been swizzed if I can't change the colour.
