I don't know how to refer to this feature other than "Scrolling Data". On my site I have begun to add products. I first deleted the sample products. However at the top of the home page, sample products are still visible and they auto-scroll. Where do I go to remove the sample products and replace them with the new products I am entering? ... or to just generally control this feature? Regards & Thanks in Advance, Russell Cox

Changing my password to exclude a single "$" character is what worked for me. I've spent enough time on this issue... I'm in now!

My problem is solved... I'm not sure this is the solution for others experiencing variations on this problem. This could have been avoided by simple programming. When you create a password for a user is says use a password with a minimum of 8 alphanumeric characters. Most of us have been encouraged to use a symbol somewhere in the password for a more resistance to hackers. I used a "$" sign. On a hunch, during another clean install, I made sure not to use the symbol and I successfully got into admin. Seems to me that prestashop could have checked for this, or at least specifically said "no symbols". I'll be curious to see how many others find this to be the solution for their admin access problem. Regards, Russell Cox

I guess there is no one reading this forum who can help. These are the perils of getting involved with an open source project. I still cannot log into the Admin side of my web site. None of the suggestions have helped. Is there anyone who cares?

I followed that procedure to the letter. Same problem exists. Any other thoughts?

I tried to do a password retreival and it says "This account does not exist".

I did a clean install of the latest version of Prestashop. I specified a user email and password during the install. I deleted the install folder. I renamed the admin folder to admin6942. I tried to log into the admin and it says "Employee does not exist or password is incorrect." Question for this thread... Can anyone envision the need for automated order entry to the drop shipper or is pretty much assumed that orders will be entered manually at the drop shippers site? Regards, Russell Cox

I'm considering developing a Drop Ship Module (I know that PrestaShop says its working on one). I would like to hear from other members interested in this feature as to what they would like to see in this module. Obviously we start with: - Send an Order to the Fullfilment Company - Next? I plan a store that ships product from fulfillment companies. I want this to operate automatically, without my having to manually notify the drop shipper. Does Prestashop support Drop Shipping? an someone direct me as to where to look? or If its an addon module, point me to that. Regards, Russell Cox

When creating a new Product, I see an option that says: Use as Product Cover? if you want to select this image as a product cover. I'm unsure what this means. All of my products have so far been single image products. Is this for multi image products, where you select one image to be the main image? Any information is appreciated. Regards, Russell Cox
