Hi everybody. I just installed First Data and have some major issues, can somebody help, please? these are the problems I have: 1. I need to do a partial refund on an order, I don't see an option on Back Office (only a full refund) Can anybody tell me how to do it, please? 2. Every time a customer places an order, Prestashop takes him back to the first step of check out process, there is no payment confirmation, there is no order confirmation, It is driving my customers crazy! I will really appreciate any help. thank you!

Hi everybody. I am having a huge issue: When I started with PS about 5 years ago, I used a yahoo.com email account. Lately all emails being sent by PS (new customer's welcome messages, orders, payment confirmations, etc) are being returned as SPAM. I was told by my hosting company that I needed to create an account related to my website, not a generic account -which I did, All I need now is to change that email in my b.o. in Prestashop but it has been an impossible task. I have change it in the Mail Alerts Module, employees and E-mail configuration but still it is sending e-mail with the old email address. Please help! my version is 1.5.6.1. thank you very much!

We have a store (www.botanica7mares.com) version 1.1.05. updated last year to 1.1.4.3. (I believe); we are opening a second one on 1.4.8. (www.saintmichaelimports.com). My problem is that customers from out of the U.s. get the "There are no carries available that deliver to that address" message every time they try to purchase something. At the beginning it wasn't a major issue because we didn't have many customers overseas but since we updated out catalog, increased the number of products and did advertisement, this has become a big issue. We have the same problem with the second store we are opening, even though is on a different version. I have been working on the issue for long time and just don't know what else to do. These are the steps we have done so far: 1. Creating zones, Enable countries, creating states, cities, and fixing the default address form for each one. 2. Assign every country to a zone 3. Change the default "zero" fees and weights for each carrier 4. Assign a carrier to each country. 5. We opened a ticket with PS, they told us the following: "Tell bluehost to enable the following Apache modules to get the MbString function: Mod_security MOD_FCGID." Which we did. Still, we are getting the same message. I have read pretty much everything related to this issue on the forums and followed all suggested solutions but the problem still remains. For an expert is probably something small that I haven't seen/done, please help me! I have a website up and running since almost three years ago; I had some issues with the company that developed the website for us and since I took over I have found a number of problems that need fixing. At this point, I don’t know if they blocked/changed something in my website that is causing these problems or if I did it without knowing it The biggest issues I have are: 1. Pictures are not displaying correctly in PS but they are fine in the website; however when I do a search using google or bing some products show a wrong picture. 2. Some products show as “category does not exist” or “product not longer available” even though they exist, are on inventory and I can see both category and products in our website and PS as well. 3. The watermark feature is not working Even though my computer skills are not too bad for a regular folk, they don't go as far as programming or coding or things like that. At this point, I am running out of options and getting desperate, my store is completely useless and I am losing customers. I have tried everything: Deleting products and creating new ones, duplicating products without images, cleaning my cache, resetting my computer, regenerating all pictures but nothing seems to work. I have documented every issue and hav print-screens for all of them, would love somebody to help me fixing these issues either by phone or online taking control of my computer. I am new to PS and so far I've been impressed, there is however an issue that I've been trying to resolve for days and it is just out of my league, I have also searched at the forums and couldn't find anything related to it, any help would be really appreciated. When I am creating new products, duplicating products (with or without duplicating the images) or simply changing pictures on an specific product, the new pictures display fine in my website but in Prestashop they show a different picture; PLEASE LOOK AT THE DOCUMENT ATTACHED: the thrid product in my catalogue (# 110260) shows a repeated pic I the list but when I get into that specific product, it shows the picture I need the product to have. This is giving me huge problems since I have a huge inventory (about 1,700 items) and I am updating most of them. I have tried everything: Deleting the product and creating a new one, duplicating it without images, cleaning my cache, resetting my computer.. Of course I am also regenerating all pictures (Preferences/Images/regenerate thumbnails) but nothing seems to work.
