  1. And so - months later on Version 1.7.2.4 - same bug exists. The CSRF token is invalid. Please try to resubmit the form. when adding "combinations".... example: An Engagement ring - adding Ring sizes and Metal Choices to select from.... Then click on Save and Wham - you get the above error that prevents you from saving the product. When will this get fixed ?
  2. Please note: Prestashop configured to use XCACHE WILL NOT WORK if the server is upgraded from EasyApache 3 to EasyApache 4. This is the repeated error you will receive and WEB PAGES will be BLANK. [05-Jan-2017 02:32:21 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function xcache_get() in /home/username/public_html/classes/cache/CacheXcache.php on line 36 EasyApache 3 goes out of Support January 2018. So you will want to plan, and ensure you TURN OFF XCACHE under CACHE settings BEFORE your server is upgraded. XCACHE does not come with EasyApache 4. We were informed that OPCache replaces XCACHE with EasyApache 4. just also notified that XCACHE has been requested to be provided as part of future EasyApache 4 releases.
  3. Installed 1.7.0.2 and when attempting to logon to Admin receive the following message: Warning on line 66 in file /home/....../public_html/config/smartyadmin.config.inc.php [2] Cannot use a scalar value as an array this is a repeated problem by many others as well. how to solve in the Prestashop 1.7.0.2 product ?
  4. Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to run: YUM UPDATE -Y at the server level. Then see if issue still exists.
  5. How to fix most of this issue: We discovered a few items after we hired http://etiendas.co/en/ and had them review. 1. If you are having horrible response regardless of what type of Apache Server - Shared or Dedicated, please ENSURE you request your hosting provider (including if it is yourself) to run: YUM UPDATE -Y That will ensure your server (regardless of who says everything is up to date) software is current and up to date. That single step may solve more issues then you know. If your hosting provider is unable to run YUM UPDATE -Y, then move to another hosting provider. 2. If on dedicated server, ask to have CLOUD LINUX installed. Most likely #1 will greatly improve the issue and resolve most of it. Try YUM UPDATE -Y, and let us know.
  6. We have "prestashop paid" support contract, have opened multiple issues on the unacceptable SLOW RESPONSE TIMES OF BACK OFFICE and IT IS STILL NOT FIXED, in fact we have been told "it is your server" blah blah blah.... It is NOT the server, it is the CORE Software of Prestashop. while you may be "listening" - what are you doing to fix the issue ? This is costing our businesses money. Again - We have a paid support contract and "time" has been sucked up by your "technical team" not having fixed the problem, but to discover many others are having the same exact software issue - amazing. We just installed the http://build.prestashop.com/news/prestashop-1-6-1-2-rc1/ for a brand new "test" site and it is still slow. 16 seconds to just load the default (nothing changed upon install) products page... and 16.53 seconds to load the product when Editing... and over 3 minutes and 49 seconds for the "Save and Stay" or "Save" buttons as go in circles.... SERIOUSLY ? SERIOUSLY back on 25 Feb - you wrote you are listening ? We have over $3,000 spent thus far on just one of many of our Presetashop carts and paid support contact and STILL THIS IS NOT RESOLVED. I guess you did say "we are listening to you" however the lack of corrective actions or fixes to fix the well documented problem causing issues for multiple businesses around the world. WOW. When will this issue be fixed? OPENCART does not have this issue, nor does LoadedCommerce. Prestashop is now on version 1.6.1, where as this issue was documented by Prestashop users starting with 1.6.0.11 and nearly 10 months ago. NO FIX ? When will this be fixed ? For all of you who don't have paid support - We have paid support contract - and this issue is not fixed. Dedicated Server with 16 CPU Cores, 64GB of Ram, Raid SSD Harddrives, MySQL version 10.0.21-MariaDB, PHP version 5.5.29, Apache/2.4.16
  7. 1. Google Shopping V2 by Prestatoolbox.com - http://www.prestatoolbox.com/buying-guide/85-export-google-shopping.html 2. Google Merchant Center (Google Shopping) By Business Tech - http://addons.prestashop.com/en/seo-prestashop-modules/1768-google-merchant-center-google-shopping.html 3. Google Shopping By PrestaShop - http://addons.prestashop.com/en/comparison-shopping-prestashop/1615-google-shopping.html #1 appears to have desire to update their module to current GOOGLE.COM Merchant feed requirements including Gender, Age and other fields. Actively is updating module to meet Google's requirements. This module works with simple or complex prestashop and products with combinations. However does need to be updated and developer is actively working on updating module. #2 - Seems to have no desire to work with shop owners to update module to meet Google.com's current existing feed requirements. Or to quote price to provide support within Module for Complex product combinations within prestashop carts. If it does not work, why is it on the addon's ? #3 - Shockingly - says it is supported by Prestashop - and well, still waiting to hear from Developers/Prestashop if they will update/fix their module. If it does not work, why is it on the addon's ? finally, while I have hope for the #1 above and waiting for the developer to get back in touch about required updates for Color attribute to be matched to specific attributes based upon product category (such as Metal for Jewelry versus Color of Shirts - 14K Yellow Gold, 18K White Gold, etc...) we will continue to see what else is available and will be checking out module: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/381026-free-module-google-shopping-flux/ Anyone else with experience of complex products / combinations and finding a Google.com Merchant feed that works ? Thank you
  8. We have complex products and a more complex prestashop cart. however, we have purchased and tried both: http://addons.prestashop.com/en/seo-prestashop-modules/1768-google-merchant-center-google-shopping.html and also http://www.businesstech.fr/en/google-and-advertising-modules-for-prestashop/11-google-merchant-center-module-for-prestashop.html and both modules failed to even generate desire xml file with products for each combination of attributes. Our server runs 16 CPU Core processors, 64GB of Ram and Raid with 480GB SSD hard drives, it is a dedicated server. Any other recommendations for Google Merchant Feed modules ? Thank you
  9. We are looking for a Google Merchant Feed module that works. Our products are a bit more complex, having multiple attributes to select for many of the products. Recommendations ? Thank you.
  10. Ok - Prestashop 1.5 Alpha installs and appears to be working with PHP 5.2.17. Step 1: Install Prestashop 1.4.4 Step 2: Download SVN of Prestashop 1.5 Alpha Step 3: Upload 1.5 to site Step 4: Install using domain.com/install-dev Installed fine. Now to go explore the Alpha Version. Ensure you rename the: admin-dev folder, delete the install-dev folder as well. THANK YOU!
  11. Any Estimated time for Alpha 2 of V1.5 ? Will Alpha 2 work with PHP 5.2.17+ ?
  12. Any update on the Alpha release to work with PHP 5.2.17 YET ? SVN is not working under 5.2.17 either, nor "fix" of commenting out the bad lines in the one module. Projected date for Alpha 2 ?
  13. front office/end is displaying... however installation still does not complete - stop at step 4. Administration (employee) information is not added into database. although front end displays, logon via admin fails, as not employees exist within database. 15. THANK YOU! Would multishop work such as: www.ABC1234.com has Sterling Silver Chains www.HGN4455.com has Gold Chains www.XYZ9876.com has Sterling Silver chains, Gold chains and pendants. Back office runs on domain www.XYZ9876.com, www.HGN4455.com, www.XYZ9876.com and feeds CATALOG items over into all 3 domain/shops - orders taken via all 3 domains are processed via the back end of www.XYZ9876.com That is strongly desired.
