  1. Check the "fields available" section on the right side of the import page.
  2. Please paste the contents of your error log. Your hosting control panel should have this.
  3. Great, if you google mysql error messages you will get a ton of answers.
  4. You may need to check the ownership of your directories/files. From SSH run chown USERNAME:USERNAME /var/www/html/prestashop/install
  5. Directories need 755 permissions, files need 644. Your web host should be able to easily modify the permissions of your entire account for you if you have incorrect permissions on multiple directories/files.
  6. Have you ensured all files were successfully uploaded to your server? It's always best to upload the archive then extract on the server if possible.
  7. That link doesn't go to a working page.
  8. I'm not sure what you are asking as the answer is in your post. You will need to use a ftp client or ssh to modify the permissions of your directories/files as phpsuexec looks to be enabled on your web hosts server.
  9. No that should be left alone if you are going to the same type of databases as you currently use.
  10. You would do this by simply exporting your database as a sql file and uploading all of your content to a web hosting server. From within the control panel of the web hosting server you can import your sql file to create your database tables and bring your online store live.
  11. I'm not exactly sure what you mean, but directories should be 755, not 775. Files should be 644
  12. Are you referring to migrating your shop to an online server so your store is public?
  13. Do you receive any type of error message? Have you tried installing on another remote server?
  14. That happened to us before when using a database password longer than 8 characters and including symbols in the password. It may not work in your situation but it worked for us.
