  1. I am using version 1.3.6.0 and my website is called www.thera-bands.co.uk I have a strage situation where some of my products get error messages sent from my website to the buyer even though the payment has been accepted on Paypal. For example people purchasing a gold thera-band always get an error message, where as people purchasing a blue thera-band or the multi packs do not. As far as I can tell, I have entered exactly the same type of information on the catalogue for both products. I have also been struggling to find a way to upload a pdf file from by desktop onto one of the pages of my website. It appears on the attachment page of the catalogue, but I can't see it on the website itself. Any help really appreciated.
  2. I also had this problem and couldn't get CM Verify Me to work. I called up my hosting technical support and the following advice they gave me worked perfectly. Google gives you several options for verifcation. 1. Choose the option to download an html file. 2. Upload this html file to (your site)/myshop/prestashop. 3. Confirm successful upload by visiting the site which Google details in its instructions 4. click verify below. That is it. It took me about 3 minutes in total and my site www.thera-bands.co.uk is now verified. Hooray!! Hope that helps Ben
  3. It was not an echeck. I have had my second customer now and she has experienced the same thing. (In fact she put the payment through twice because she was worried that it hadn't worked first time. Could you explain what sort of communication error could occur twice or does the fact this has happened on separate days mean that this can not be a communication error. Ben
  4. Hi, I too am a novice to Prestashop. I followed the advice you gave, but when I get to the analytics module the only option seems to be for me to insert my Google Analytics username. It does not give me the option of inserting the tracking code. I have obviously missed somthing, but I can't see how to do this. I am using Prestashop Version 1.3.6.0 and the analytics module is v 1.2 Thanks Ben
  5. I am using prestashop version 1.3.6.0 Paypal is version v1.7.1 I have only allowed paypal payments and I can't see anything on the order form talking about an echeck. Also in the orders list method of payment says paypal. Many thanks in advance for your help. Ben
  6. I launched my ecommerce site www.thera-bands.co.uk a couple of days ago and I just had my first order. I got a normal notification email and my Paypal account has been credited. However, on my "orders" page it shows "payment error" and under customer infomation it says Account registered: 2011-03-29 16:46:43 Valid orders placed: 0 Total paid since registration: £0.00 Under order details it shows Original cart: Cart #000022 Payment mode: PayPal (paypal) Products £8.96 Shipping £4.80 Total £13.76 I have searched the forum, but have been unable to find this problem anywhere else. Does anyone have any idea why this has happened and whether this is more likely to be an error that I have made in my setting up of paypal or prestashop. Of course if anyone has any idea how I can solve this issue that would also be great. Many thanks
