Can you help me with a problem? I am using 1.6 default theme. With module top menu, on iPad or small size screen, the menu items go to a second line. How can it resize properly to stay on one line as the screen size reduces? Thanks

Hi, I have a strange problem. Some images in my store are not showing... Using firebug I checked the image ID and looked at the folder using FTP The images are in the image folder however they are not showing up! I've regenerated images, checked the size of the images...all the things that would screw up regenerating but they're still not displaying The only way I can fix is by adding the image again. Has anyone experienced this?

Hello Can anybody help me with a bug I have...PS 1.4.9. When the site is viewed in IE, it is not showing properly...everything is stretched across the page... When it loads, it looks ok but when the page is loaded fully, it goes bad. I was able to fix it before by modifying css but i just cant remember how! I've attached before and after screenshots Can anyone help me?? Thanks

Hi, I am using 1.5.2 and recently needed to change database names so the old one was backed up and a new database created from the backup On my website I can see all products, add to cart etc But in back office, when I select Catalog > Products....i cannot view / edit products....it times out when I select products If i select Catalog > Suppliers, I can see suppliers, and approx 15 products however I have a lot of products on my website...more than 5000 If i go to php my admin i can see all the products there in the database and edit prices etc... I'm pretty sure it's simple to fix however I cannot find what it is.. I've checked the settings.inc.php file and it looks ok...but maybe it's a problem with the token...i dont know!

hi i just upgraded to 1.5.1 and got this error message when selecting PrestaMultishop under advanced configuration... as far as i can see using firebug, the file it is looking for is AdminContactMultishop ?? can anyone help me with this... pic of error is attached

Hi, My website works perfectly with Firefox but a customer just called to say on IE it is a mess... The category column stretches across the browser window, Then the center colum stretces under the the category column.... I'm sure it is a simple fix....can anyone help me with this...? Ive attached a screenshot from both. Thanks in advance.!

Its not working as great as I thought.... But i think I have found out the problem... With IE, the website default is Quirks Mode - if i change it to IE8 Standards using developers tools, the page displays perfectly... Do you know how I can change the website so that it does not default to quirks mode?? Thanks

Hi Mike I put this code into the grid_prestashop.css file: body { margin:50px 0px; padding:0px; text-align:center; } #Content { width:500px; margin:0px auto; text-align:left; padding:15px; border:1px dashed #333; background-color:#eee; } (I got this from a website that gives css tips / tricks) It has worked and my webpage is centered in IE.... I'm not an experienced person in CSS so I dont know if the code above is "good" but it works for me!!

Hi, I need a bit of help with IE. I have installed the new PS theme - firefox works really well. However IE has been giving me problems... The last thing i need to fix is that i need to center the page for IE....can anybody help me with this? The website is http://www.propertyone.ie if you look with IE you will see what i mean!! Thanks

Hi Mike Thanks - that removed some of the spaces however the livezilla block was still on the left hand side. So i modified the width of ".container_9 .grid_9" in grid_prestashop.css to 1000px which did the trick.. The only other issue I have now is that i still cant seem to center the page on IE - it still is on the left hand side.. Rgds

Hi Mike, If you have a look at www.propertyone.ie in firefox & IE you can see the differences... I have not edited the theme - but in IE you can see the page is not centered and the livezilla block which should be in the right column is on the left... Thanks
