  1. Hi, bit of a strange question but here goes... Is it possible to attach a delivery charge to an item on the website separate to the delivery charge added on at the end? What I mean is this, can I have free delivery if order is over 75 euro, BUT if one of the items in cart is a certain product, then there is an additional fee added, for say an oversized item? Steven
  2. Good question... Ive got it sorted now, just statred afresh and all is matching now. Thanks Steven
  3. Hi Guys, I recently put Google Analytics onto my PS 1.6 website, When I check the stats from the backend of PS it says my conversion rate is 0.29% yet when I look at the same information from within my Google Analytics account is says my conversion rate is 5.7%... Anybody else experience this or know what I need to do to rectify it? Steven
  4. Hi lads, Ive been given the task to change delivery cost to FREE, if order is over €75, (I have done this), however I have also been asked to ensure that order will ship as 1 x parcel, so to avail of the FREE delivery, order must be 1: over €75 and 2: not be over 30Kg in weight. Is it possible? thanks Steven
  5. Hi guys, I posted a similar question back in 2013,but received no replies... so I assumed it was not possible. I am trying again... except this time we are not using TAS Books (SAGE software) we are using another accounts package called INTACT, anyway the question I have is this... Is it possible to get Prestashop to talk to this other package either directly or via CSV file? Our main accts package is Intact and Prestashop is for a smaller part of the business abd each month one of the staff has to manually enter all prestashop sales into intact.... a lot of work as I am sure you will agree... Any thoughts or advice is appreciated. Steven
  6. This is also happening at out website, when a customer clicks on http://www.homebaking.ie/shop1/stores to see our store (on the map) it quickly shows the map of Ireland then redirects to a different map in some other country if anybody has any ideas.
  7. I have added one of my items as a new product, http://www.homebaking.ie/shop1/home/945-ready-to-roll-icing-250g-6-for-999.html and this is giving the desired result, now it it possible to ADD this product to the SPECIALS / PRICE DROP category as it is? thanks Steven
  8. We are a bakery supplier (to trade and to the public) we have some products set up as 1 item with several variations of colour (combibnations) but instead of offering a discount of a percentage for bulk buying we want to have a set price, normally a 250g block of Icing is €2.20 and we want to sell a bundle of 6 for €9.99. We want the customer to be able to see the bundle offer and click in, select 6 different colours and ADD to cart for the predetermined price of €9.99.... this is where Im getting confused as I have only done discounts using either €1.00 off or 10% discount options The attached screenshot is where I think I am messing up, its the Leave Base Price option.... should I change this? Actually I just unchecked the LEAVE BASE PRICE and entered 9.99, and now when I add 6 items to the cart it going up to €54..... Is there an easy way to acheive what I am trying to do? Screen cap can be seen here: www.homebaking.ie/shop1/screencaps/prestashop-pricing.jpg I chanded the backend to this www.homebaking.ie/shop1/screencaps/prestashop-pricing2.jpg and it brings me close to where I need to be but not exactly. Will I need to do new products for €9.99 and add the combinations, would this be the easiest thing all round?
  9. Unfortunately No, I am still confused.com. any ideas?
  10. Think I just ended up confusing myself even more.... here is a more detailed picture of what I need... I need to have a Bundle available with several choices available So customers can choose from the following... Special Offer: 6 x Cake Icing for €9.99 I need the customer to be able to select different combinations, say 1 of each available colour and add to cart OR 4 of 1 colour and 2 of another.... does this make sense? I have added a new product with the 6 combinations but this only wants to allow the customer to select one at a time.... Will it be a case of customer clicking on 1 x colour and ADD to cart, then click another colour and ADD to cart or is there an easier way? Really confused. Any help appreciated. Steven
  11. OK, Thanks Paul. I will give it a go and see how I get on.
  12. Hi, I have been using Prestashop since version 1.4 and am now using 1.6, recently I was asked to offer a discounted price on some items which I did, no problem... Today I was asked to put up the following specials and I have to say Im stumped, Ive searched a lot of Prestashop info but cant seem to find what I need, so wonder if it is possible.. Ive been asked to add the following 6 x 250 Regalices for €9.99 (there are about 20 different colours available) 3 x 1kg Callebaut White/ Milk for €24.99 3 x PME Candy Buttons for €9.99 5 x PME Powder Colours for €9.99 5 x PME Lollipop Sticks for €9.99 3 x PME Lustre Sprays for €19.99 3 x REN Flower and Model paste for €9.99 (of which there are 5 different colours) 4 x PME Airbrush Colours for €9.99 (of which there are about 25 different ones) is there an easy way to do this? Im really confused Steven
