  1. Hello I was able to use the run live edit option perfectly before but now am unable to do so. I can open it up but it does not give me the grid/columns and the freedom to select a module and move it around at my will. I am running 1.4.4.1 and it is a fresh install. Any advice would be appreciated. I am in particular trying to move the advanced top menu just below my logo banner. www.phonestreet.co.uk EDIT I do not know HOW but straight after posting this message it started to work!
  2. Ok thanks mike, so long as it isn't a propagating issue throughout the store it is fine, i'm sure I can survive (just about)} using IE to check on the layout
  3. This is what firefox shows me after I mobe the modules positions around. thanks for the info Mike so it seems once someone goes to the website initially it is fine but once an update has been done and that machine goes to it again the images are not displayed though the layout etc is distinguishable. Hmm definately something cookie related I think.
  4. Ok it wasn't a major revamp but I moved around the modules and the sliding frame with the ads is below the featured products. Can everyone who loaded the site before see the change? I can see the change in Firefox because there is now a gap between the shop description and the featured products. The images though do not show on my end :S
  5. Im going to do a major revamp of the front page and if you can get back to me and let me know if you can see the changes Mike that would be great.
  6. Hmm I have deleted the cookies, cache basically everything and still get the same. Funny thing is it is perfect in IE and Chrome :S Are the cookies from Prestashop stored anywhere else or anything?
  7. My cookies were set to reset every 480 hours, I have changed this to 1 hour now. In firefox I deleted the cookies and then tried to access the website but it was still the same so I don't think it was the cookies
  8. As you can see when I go to them in IE there are more ads displayed. (The featured items is not working at the moment and I have taken this up with the developer). Is it just my computer or is it an actual widespread issue? I did check another PC and it was the same so I doubt it could be both computers showing it wrong :S
  9. Hello everyone, I am having a similar problem. Everything works fine in IE but in firefox it is all messed up. Alot of the modules don't even show. They are simple admodules with an image and they appear in IE but on firefox they are not there . Does anyone know why this might be? the website in question is: http://www.phonestreet.co.uk Thanks
  10. http://www.phonestreet.co.uk Thank you.
  11. Hello everyone, my website is not complete yet but I just want everyone to test it's main features to see if there are any issues. I have realised that in firefox somethings do not appear but when using internet explorer they appear. Has anyone got any idea on this? Thanks
  12. Thank you, I was able to get to the psd source file. I will open up a ticket for the other issue. Thanks for your help once again Mike and thanks Templatemonster for getting in touch
  13. I found out what to do. Go to Back office then preferences. From there hit SEO&URLs...if you have your server ip in there you must delete it and replace it with your domain name.
  14. Yes I found a solution, you need to go to back office>modules> and then disable/uninstall the layered navigation block. This should hopefully resolve the issue. Please let me know if this worked for you.
