why there's no one to answer this question??? It's a common bug for everyone. We can't update products in csv any more. If you want to change the price, although you import new.csv , it will not change the front office. Please tell us how to make the update by csv importer.

Hi,I was using prestashop 1.3.7, today I tried a new site with prestashop 1.6.0.14 .While I got a problem during import csv files. it shows "Error copying image" I did everything carefully. I think maybe it's because of the images' name.There's space and symbols in the names.I tested with images name 1.jpg,2.jpg,3.jpg ,and they working well. Could anyone help me to resolve this problem ???Thank you a lot!

Thank you all for kindly help! I tried with 2 methods: 1,re-generate thumbnails . Result: False. 2,re-generate htaccess file. Result: It do helps with some products without any attribute.But it will not affect the ones with attribute like size.{there's ways to regenerate htaccess in 1.3.7.0. First ,Back Office >> Preferences >>friendly url :YES;Second, Back Office >> Tools >> Generators Generate your ".htaccess" file(before that you have to upload an empty .htaccess files in the prestashop root)} 3,Problem not resolved yet...So I attach the shopping-cart.tpl and shopping-cart-product-line.tpl ,please kinldy check it .Hope I didn't mess it up.I think it's something wrong caused by coding issue?Because it rarely happened with my Engilish sites. My prestashop 1.3.7.0 ,using Swedish as language. still not resolved? that's very sad... i got same issue with this on version 1.37 .after import my csv files,go to check the shopping cart, some missed thumbnail in carts.

great , it works . You could open it with notepad ,then save as utf-8 . After that , don't open csv file any more. Upload to import. bingo.
