  1. Hi all We updated our MYSQL installation from 5.1 > 5.6 yesterday and everything seemed to have gone well until someone tried to place an order. We received the payment mail but did not receive an order mail. In the BO, we could see that no order had been created. We tried to create an order manually from the cart and got the following error: Is anyone able to help? Thank you
  2. Hi all I have recently started using square images for my shop instead of landscape. The 1200 x 1200 (90% Quality JPG) images that I upload have a perfect white background (used colour picker in PS to test). Once they are uploaded and Prestashop resizes them, they have feint grey lines in the white background. Does anyone know why this is happening? JPG quality on BO is set to 100%. Images below (if you cannot see what I mean, try and look at the monitor at a harsh angle or saving the photo and using your color picker): Original 1200 x 1200: Prestashop Image: Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance
  3. Hi all I was wondering if anyone had experienced this problem. I am using PS version 1.6.0.6 Many customers (who are using Google Chrome) have reported that they get the following message when trying to checkout: 502 bad gateway ngix This appears to happen when they try to checkout (step 2 / 3) I have recreated the problem and it only happens on Google Chrome. I emptied the cart and tried again and it seemed to be fine. Any help greatly appreciated. Kind regards
  4. Hi there My shop no longer functions properly due to a developer adding EAN to all products. I get blank orders (especially when someone orders products with a combination). I am not sure what he has done wrong. Is there any way to clear all EAN for products via PHP MySQL? Thanks in advance, everyone!
  5. This module still redirects to a 404. Will this module ever be updated? If not - I will disable it Thanks
  6. this module is still providing a 404 after payment. Any ideas when this will be fixed? Thanks
  7. I got there in the end with Bellini's help. All up and running with Office365. I'd recommend this module / upgrade if you want to move your mail over to a server which depends on STARTTLS.
  8. Hi yes I purchased your module. I am using 1.6.0.6 I uploaded mail.php from the v1.6.0.5 directory (the only file in there) and also the new Swift510 directory to my tools directory. With my normal SMTP server, I get the error: "Error: Please check your configuration When I change back to my old Mail.php, the mail goes through absolutely fine. I did try Office 365 and got this: Error: Please check your configuration Failed to authenticate on SMTP server with username "REDACTED" using 1 possible authenticators I can connect to the SMTP server through Outlook with the exact same settings (TLS, Port 587 etc) Thanks
  9. Hi all Due to some abuse on my VPS, the IP address was blacklisted for mail. I had to move all my mail over to a dedicated server so I chose office 365 as I have used it before and it's fantastic. When I set up the SMTP, I get an error. I have read that this is due to PS using a very old version of Swift Mailer. Is there any fix to this as yet please? Thanks in advance!
  10. Hi That line is not in my store configuration. Could be causing the error? I think that when you remove it, you will get the same problem as I had with WorldPay. You need to configure the URL of order confirmation if that is part of the module. WorldPay module had this URL coded into the module code. Hope that helps
  11. Hi I had a similar problem with the worldpay module. The module was redirecting to order-confirmation.php which no longer exists in 1.6. It might be possible that you have a custom 404 redirect which goes to your blog? If that is the case then Bankwire is redirecting to the old cofirmation page and then on from there to your blog.
  12. I've tried this but doesn't seem to be working. I will persevere though. Thanks for the suggestion
  13. Hi All I have "Advanced Top Menu" module. I would like to disable this for responsive view in mobiles and just have the simple category menu instead. Is this possible at all? I ask because this menu does not look good at all in a small browser. The width etc throws everything out. Thanks in advance!
