For example Adobe's DreamWeaver uploads folder named "_notes" into each directory it uploads. If it's synchronization function is turned on.

Some ftp clients upload synchronization directories which can cause the installer to get confused when scanning for language directories present in the directory "/install/langs/" If the synchronization directory was uploaded the installer treats it as a language directory causing trouble. This makes the installer completely fail. See attached for failure example.

Ok I figured out my problem, I used Adobe's DreamWeaver to upload the PrestaShop. DreamWeaver uploads synchronization files stored in synchronization directories named "_notes" this was confusing the installer which must scan for language directories present in the directory "/install/langs/" If the the synchronization directory was there it treated it as a language causing trouble. So if you have these synchronization directories delete them and then rerun the installer. This worked for me anyway.

I've Tried Safari, Chrom, Firefox all mac with the same results

I'm having the same problem except that instead of Portuguese I have a flag with a question mark. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Joe
